After an initial consultation where I explained what I did and did not like about my current website and need to improve traffic and actions by the appropriate visitiors to my website, Succeeding Small then proposed a plan to move forward and helped create a vision to implementation. 

I was interviewed about the company and the scope of work which was distrubuted to their team and they built an initial template and we grew it outwards from there with the necessary revisons, copyright, and imagery aimed at B2B market as priority and allowing for individuals to consult as well regarding services. 

We went through about three rounds of revisions before agreeing on all aspects and going live.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have not had a metric yet due to recent launch.

Based off my opinions and view of the work, I feel it is well built and presents well.

Makaela was my project manager. She was very outgoing and understanding of some of my initial starting point issues and made adjustments so we could get moving forward. She would reach out with questions when she saw I could go one of two ways, and she was really receptive to me sending in emails as thoughts came up so she could integrate them into her planning and deployment. 

I also had an issue where I actually asked them to hold for an additioanl week because I wanted some revisions and was also not prepared to have a website go live while handling a signifiact work problem and they were accomidating to my request.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Specifically for me was the fact Entero referred me to them when Entero is way too expensive for where I am at in business development and staffing. 

They also were thought of highly by a personal friend who works as a Lead Developer and Manager at a large software developer, and they did not put him off in the early stages of due diligence. He saw many red flags from other companies that I was referred to. 

Perhaps the most important aspect is the nature of my work and the skills required, it can come across as agressive or Alpha male from my background, and is not easy to present at times. Succeeding Small has a strong mostly female staffing and I felt this was important because I would need to rely on them to translate and make appealing what I do to potential female decision makers who may or may not choose to hire me. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Succeeding Small could have done differently?

All in all, I think they were very accommodating and outgoing. I think I did pay for them to host the website right away when it wouldnt be live for  several months, this may be a cost that could have been deferred till the definitive 4 weeks till launch, however I do not know what the requirements are for them to build from or hosting being a necessary start point, so I may be way off base in this assessment.

Succeeding Small designed my website and also hosted it for several years now. They are my go-to for information on SEO, digital marketing, social media, email marketing and beyond. They are now managing my Google Ads which has been a great experience.

I previously had tried to manage my ads myself and became very overwhelmed and frustrated with all the technical and tedious management, it is a relief to delegate to the best (Succeeding Small) and I've already gotten clients from this even though we just started a few weeks ago. YAY!

So far I can speak of the many compliments I've received on my website over the years. But, more specifically I can attest to the new clients I've received from Google Ads (5 leads, 2 that are official clients and 3 that are in process) and we just started the ads 3 weeks ago.

Absolutely! They are incredibly responsive and helpful. They always do what they say they will when they plan to, and I have never had a poor experience with them over the last 6 years.
