I’m the head of program quality and appraisal at the International Mediation Institute (IMI). We’re a non-profit public interest initiative to drive transparency and high competency standards into mediation practice worldwide.

What challenge were you trying to address with StuntCoders?

We hired StuntCoders to completely redesign and modernize the IMI website, transforming it into a scalable, user-friendly platform that better serves our global mediation community. Our objectives included improving the site's information architecture and navigation, creating a modern and accessible UX, simplifying complex user journeys, and replacing plugin-heavy functionality with more efficient custom solutions.
We also wanted to streamline key organizational processes through automation, enhance our membership, certification, and program management workflows, improve search functionality, redesign our online shop and checkout experience, migrate our existing content and data without disrupting users, and provide a flexible CMS that our team could easily maintain.
Finally, we wanted to build a future-ready platform capable of supporting multilingual content, community engagement, and continued growth.
A key objective was to enhance our e-commerce functionality by redesigning our WooCommerce-based online shop, streamlining the checkout experience, improving subscription and product management, and integrating these features seamlessly with our membership and certification processes.
We also wanted to automate key workflows, improve search and navigation, simplify content management through custom Gutenberg blocks, and build a flexible, future-ready website that our team can easily maintain and continue to develop.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

StuntCoders delivered the end-to-end redesign and redevelopment of our website as a highly customized WordPress and WooCommerce platform. Their work included website strategy and analysis, UX/UI design, information architecture, custom WordPress development, WooCommerce customization, and the migration of our existing content, users, subscriptions, and data.
They also designed and developed entirely new online workflows for our appraisal, audit, and program recognition processes, transforming what had previously been largely manual administrative procedures into streamlined digital workflows integrated within the website. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project successfully delivered a completely redesigned and modernized website that’s significantly easier for our team to manage and provides a much better experience for our global users. We successfully migrated our content, user accounts, subscriptions, and historical data to the new platform while maintaining continuity of our core services.
One of the most significant outcomes was the successful implementation of fully digital appraisal, program recognition, and audit workflows. These processes were previously managed through a combination of manual administration and disconnected systems but are now integrated into the website, making them more efficient, consistent, and transparent for both applicants and administrators.
The project also delivered a highly customized WordPress and WooCommerce platform that supports our online applications, payments, subscriptions, and organizational workflows. We now have a scalable, future-ready platform that’s easier to maintain, provides greater flexibility for future development, and better supports the needs of our international community.
We didn’t establish formal KPIs for the project, as our primary objective was to successfully deliver a complex website redevelopment and digital transformation. However, we’ve observed several tangible improvements.
The new platform has significantly reduced manual administration by digitizing our appraisal, program recognition, and audit processes, resulting in more efficient and consistent workflows for both staff and applicants. The website is also much easier to manage internally, with a more intuitive CMS and streamlined administrative processes.
In addition, the successful migration of our data, the integration of our WooCommerce-based application and payment workflows, and the positive feedback we’ve received on the website's usability and navigation have demonstrated the project's success. As the new platform continues to mature, we expect to monitor additional performance metrics and user engagement over time.
While we haven’t formally measured user satisfaction, feedback from both our team and our international community has been very positive. Users have commented on the website's modern look and feel, improved navigation, and the clearer structure of our content. Internally, the new digital workflows for applications, appraisals, and audits have also been well received, as they provide a more streamlined and consistent experience than our previous processes.
We continue to gather feedback and make refinements, but the overall response since launch has been very encouraging.

They worked with us to fully understand the vision we had for RAICOM and created a roadmap that covered everything from the backend structure to the front-end design. The scope of work included the complete overhaul of our website, optimizing the performance of our property search engine, integrating marketing automation tools, and ensuring that the entire platform was mobile-responsive.

The results were exactly what we hoped for. After the redesign, the platform became much faster and more intuitive. The feedback from our users both agents and homebuyers—was overwhelmingly positive. In terms of actual usage, we saw a noticeable increase in engagement and repeat visits. We also received fewer complaints about bugs or slow load times, which had been a major issue before.

From a results perspective, the feedback from our partners has been the clearest validation. Internally, our team now has greater autonomy over updating product information, adding regional content, and managing user activity without requiring constant developer intervention.

StuntCoders were tasked with architecting an e-commerce infrastructure that could adapt to both informative content and interactive service delivery seamlessly guiding users toward engagement with our coaching programs, toolkits, and digital applications like UTrakk. This included custom development of user flows, secure access points for digital resources, multilingual support, and a backend system that integrated with our CRM and operations software.

One of the most critical pieces was developing a scalable framework that could support localized variations such as regional service packages, event promotions, or thought leadership content while preserving a unified global brand presence. They also helped us reimagine our resource hub, turning static whitepapers and case studies into dynamic, categorized, and intelligently searchable assets that could be linked with user behavior and journey stages.

There was one particular moment that captured the depth of their involvement. We had a live onboarding session scheduled with a major enterprise client in Europe, and we needed a region-specific landing page with gated content, localized contact routing, and custom CTAs all within a few days. StuntCoders didn’t just deliver it they mapped it into our analytics framework, built fallback scenarios in case of traffic spikes, and provided us with a real-time dashboard to monitor user flow during the session. Stuntcoders did a transition from Magento 1.9 to a WordPress and WooCommerce platform, while ensuring a smooth transition of all products and customer data, from old website to the new website. Implementation of complex recipe-type products using WooCommerce Composite and Bundle products, which simplified product maintenance on the admin side, and improved online shopping experience for customers, by making it to be more intuitive and user-friendly. 
Maintaining the unique Pickles brand experience throughout the new platform. Retention of existing customers and acquisition of new ones post-migration, improved website performance and faster load times. Continuous development support to introduce new features and maintain the website.
