We needed a 45 second or less video asset that explained our value prop to increase awareness and also be utilized for prospects. We wanted a 2.5D style of animation with a voice over to be able to explain what could be considered a difficult concept in a visual way to help educate our audience in what we do.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got an end product that could be used for marketing and sales, and be repurposed for our website, emails, and social media, which is exactly the kind of multi-faceted video we needed it to be!

We loved getting to work with Sebastian! From the beginning, Sebastian was always on top of getting back to us with our questions and incredibly colloborative. 
He was always consistant in following through on the timelines he had laid out and the storyboarding process really helped us get a better understanding of what the end product would be like. Overall, Sebastian was an amazing partner in creating our explainer video for our company, and our leadership team was very pleased with the final product!

We had difficult concepts that we needed to visualize and so that process naturally fell more on our shoulders, but once we had the idea, Sebastian was really helpful in leading us in the right direction.

We received multiple links to storyboards for alignment along with a couple of video draft links for different revision stages. We haven’t launched the video yet, but our team loves it. It’s clean, engaging, helpful, and on brand.

Our main measurable outcome was for parents to watch the video and immediately understand the benefits of the app and what it was all about. The video Studio Monday created did just that. We sent the video to beta testing parents to get their feedback, which was positive. We also received beneficial quantitative feedback.

They were ideal to work with, and they will be my chosen studio for continued projects. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

We were able to meet deadlines, but I think with the tools available today those time frames and deadlines can be set more aggressively. Instead of two weeks, I think some things can get done in one week (or less) nowadays. I would encourage them to think about that (especially as AI is more able to do some of these tasks and competition will continue to emerge).

I’m the CEO of Outbidd, a software company. We offer an AI-powered platform for construction project management, streamlining budgeting, contractor selection, and spend tracking to improve transparency and efficiency for owners, retailers, and representatives.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Studio Monday to accomplish for Outbidd’s AI-powered construction management platform?

We hired them to create a launch video for our platform so that we had a cool marketing video to launch with when we came out of stealth mode.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Studio Monday created the storyboard, curated the music selection, and then created the launch video. We gave them Figma designs of the platform and noted what we wanted to highlight, and then they did the rest.

We found them on Upwork and then saw some of the videos they did for other startups on YouTube. I thought some of the past projects they did were really cool.

We worked together from August–September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We posted the video on LinkedIn, and it garnered some good attention. We got 50–70 likes, about 20 comments, and eight reposts. It would have gotten way more interest, but we posted it to our company page, which had zero followers at the time, instead of my personal page so the reposts actually got more likes and comments than the post itself.

They delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and a messaging app.

They were easy to work with, collaborative, and the communication was great.
