Our app was built using Kotlin & Backend was Laravel PHP, The first step was UI changes which was done perfectly by front end developer(Naveen S.), Then the most difficult step was adding the game section which was mostly done by Backend Developer(Mangi L.), And To my suprise, I never thought that my idea of games section would be done so smartly and elegantly by the team. Altogether the work was smartly and timely handled by project manager (Lakhan S.)

Yes, After the addition of games section the daily user engagement on our app went up by 67% and we were very happy. As this would easily help our app to cross 1M+ downloads within upcoming months

The project manager used email & whatsapp to contact our team which was really very simple for day to day communication.

The most unique and impressive thing would be their project management and experienced developers.

At this point time, I think there is not a single areas to improve as the project manager (Lakhan S.) handled the task very impressively.

We had several virtual meetings, in which we exchanged ideas for the development. We did not request mockups but they were provided nonetheless. We were provided several options for the look and feel. We gave them our selection and after a few weeks of continuous collaboration, our work was completed.

We had a project manager working with us the whole time. We only had contact with him. It is unknown how many other employees were in collaboration behind the scenes.

Since the re-development, I have seen an increase in traffic and have had several comments on how nice the website looks. Some customers have said the intro video made them pay more attention to what we have to offer.

Our project manager was always available and open to new ideas. Despite our time zone difference, we never had any problems getting answers right away. Our project was delivered on time.

They are always available. It is very easy to communicate with them.

As with all new projects, there are small issues that are not noticeable immediately. They have always repaired the website or made changes right away, usually on the same day.

within 2 months after our app was launched, we saw over 1000+ downloads in play store and nearly 300+ installs in iOS app stores, we are achieving 5 star reviews from the users even clients are repetitive, they are purchasing again and again. Strivemindz also supports us with maintaining our app, which has been great for our company.

Strivemindz Project manager and business analyst was great during the development, they introduced their project development tool JIRA to us which help us in getting updates from their side. Project manager provided us the sprints plan on which they were working and this plan was on 2 weeks each and we were getting updated after each sprint completion, they have provided us the APK to test and the final build was great and we are happy to have this team to work with us. Even we have also provided them our other mobile app development project.

We needed an admin panel for our website to better manage our students. We also needed a separate user login platform, so that students can attend the online classes through their profiles and watch the recording there.

They’ve developed everything on our website from scratch, as well as a mobile app for iOS and Android. Also, they conduct SEO efforts to improve our brand visibility and are working on a pie chart to help us target our audiences through advertisements.

We had a lot of scattered leads in our ecosystem because people either communicated with us through email, WhatsApp, text, etc. We wanted someone to develop a mobile app for the sales and business operations teams so everyone could be on the same page with the leads and sales funnel.

They developed our mobile app that allowed for better business transparency in our ecosystem. They used React Native and the framework is in PHP and MySQL.

3Edge Technovision made our work more streamlined. They delivered what we wanted but we haven’t been able to test it yet because of COVID-19. We don’t have any complaints. The benchmarking and communication were really clear. We didn’t face any challenges with them. They were proactive.

How did 3Edge Technovision perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was easy for us. They talked to every stakeholder of our company during development. Their team members are able to communicate in the local dialect as well as English.

They consistently met the timelines. Whatever challenge we’d give them, they either came up with a solution or gave a reasonable reason why it should be in the next phase.

3Edge Technovision was very transparent, and we never had to chase them. They’d chase us. They came to our office to meet in-person or we’d have a call over Skype and WhatsApp.
