Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The vendor worked with us on contract for about a year and was responsible for a wide range of creative and management tasks. They developed branding concepts, managed designers and other design resources, led client presentations, and incorporated client feedback into deliverables. In effect, they served as the head of our design department during that period. For roughly a year, nearly every design deliverable that came out of North Street was either created by them, managed by them, or passed through their hands.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In terms of outcomes, my biggest KPI for a creative director or designer is always client satisfaction. In this case, every client not only loved the designs but also appreciated the vendor’s ability to listen, propose alternative ideas, and approach each interaction with patience and kindness. They made sure clients felt safe, cared for, and heard throughout the process. The results spoke for themselves—our work was top-notch, and several clients were so pleased that they reached out to me personally to share their positive experiences.

The vendor consistently delivered on time and managed expectations effectively—both internally and with clients. If timelines ever needed to be adjusted, they provided ample notice and a clear rationale for the change. Their reliability around deadlines was excellent. They worked seamlessly within our Asana project management environment, clearly demonstrating familiarity with the platform. They used it not only as a contributor but also as a manager, assigning tasks and keeping everything organized. Their communication was always timely and professional.
