Stone Haven Capital Group is an enterprise outbound agency that helps B2B companies turn cold outreach into booked sales calls with buyers who are ready to buy. We combine cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling into one coordinated pipeline, so our clients get qualified meetings on the calendar instead of long lists of contacts that never convert.
We work with pre-sold enterprise teams across sectors like aerospace, defense, technology, and AgTech, where deals are complex and reputation matters. Our approach is deliverability-first. We build dedicated, isolated sending infrastructure and never send from a client's primary domain, which protects their reputation while we scale outreach and keep bounce rates under 1.5%.
A few recent results:
For a US defense and technology supplier of roughly 120 employees, we generated 85+ qualified program opportunities and more than $38M in tracked pipeline over six months.
For a Tier-One aerospace and defense supplier, we built more than $31M in active program pipeline, 42+ qualified opportunities, and 3.1x pipeline growth in six months.
For a precision-ag SaaS platform with 8,000+ grower accounts, we secured more than $36M in pipeline and 165+ qualified cooperative and distributor accounts in 90 days.
What makes us different:
Speed. We onboard clients in 24 hours, build copy and targeting in 48, and launch the first campaign within 72 hours.
Transparency. Clients get a dedicated dashboard and approve every message, lead list, and campaign before anything goes out.
Flexibility. We work in 90-day performance engagements with no long-term lock-in, giving each program enough runway to prove real ROI.
If your team needs qualified meetings and measurable pipeline rather than more raw leads, Stone Haven Capital Group builds the outbound engine that fills your calendar.
Stone Haven Capital offers competitive pricing, with clients reporting investments around $20,000 for significant returns, such as $600,000 in new business. Clients appreciate the value for cost, particularly in generating qualified leads and reducing sales cycles, making them a reliable partner for B2B outreach.

Stone Haven Capital provides outbound marketing services for a cloud consulting firm. They've identified customer segments that convert, built lists, written sequences, and run email campaigns.
Stone Haven Capital has generated $600,000 in new business and sends 100,000 to 400,000 emails monthly. The team has created a predictable source of new B2B accounts and a steady stream of booked meetings. Their automation and ability to sell a generalist service stand out.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder of ApolloB System. We build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS for mid-market and enterprise clients.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Stone Haven Capital?
AWS work applies to almost any industry, which sounds like an advantage until we try to do outbound marketing and realize we're talking to everyone and convincing no one. We wanted Stone Haven Capital to narrow that down to specific segments worth pursuing and then build a repeatable outbound motion around them so that new business stopped depending entirely on paid ads and inbound marketing.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Stone Haven Capital has started with the ideal customer profile (ICP) work, which includes figuring out which segments actually convert for us, what triggers a cloud migration or a cost-optimization project, and who signs off on it. From there, they've built the lists, the domains, and the sending setup, written the sequences, and run the campaigns at scale, sending over 400,000 emails a month at peak. Replies are handled on their side with everything visible in their CMS in real time.
What is the team composition?
I'm unsure about the number of teammates from Stone Haven Capital assigned to our project.
How did you come to work with Stone Haven Capital?
I found them on Clutch. Their pricing fit our budget, and they were referred to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've generated roughly $600,000 in new business over about five months, sending 100,000–400,000 emails a month. The more telling change is where our budget goes now: we pulled $4,000 a month out of paid ads and moved it into outbound marketing because the return was clearly better. Before this, we had no predictable source of new B2B accounts; now, there's a pipeline we can forecast against.Meetings booked per month is our headline number, and it has held steady in the 12–20 range once the campaigns matured. We also watch the positive reply rate, which sits a little above 25%, and the share of those meetings that turn into scoped projects. Moreover, around 10% of booked meetings end up as signed projects. That sounds modest, but our average engagement runs in the tens of thousands, and a fair share of the rest is still in the pipeline rather than lost since cloud migration decisions rarely move fast. The ones that close tend to do so in the 6–10 week range.
How did Stone Haven Capital perform from a project management standpoint?
Stone Haven Capital's project management is smooth, largely because so little of it requires us. Their CMS automates most of the reporting and lead flow, so instead of waiting on weekly updates, I can open it whenever I want and see what has been sent, who replied, and what's on the calendar. That level of automation is the thing I'd single out. Moreover, timelines hold. Campaigns go live when Stone Haven Capital says, volume ramps as planned, and we've had leads coming in every week since launch.
What did you find most impressive or unique about them?
I'm impressed that Stone Haven Capital has made a generalist service sellable through cold email. We've been told more than once that AWS consulting is too broad and too technical for outbound marketing to work. However, they've solved it by narrowing the targeting to situations where a company obviously needs help and writing to that situation rather than to the service. Six months ago, I'd have said $600,000 from cold email wasn't realistic for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we're satisfied.

Stone Haven Capital runs a cold email campaign for a B2B software solutions company. They build target lists, write and test email copy, manage sending infrastructure, and book qualified sales calls.
Stone Haven Capital has booked over 180 sales calls, resulting in 50 new clients and an 80% revenue increase. The team delivers a light-touch experience, answering questions quickly and providing a custom CMS for real-time lead and campaign stats.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an executive of Copperfield Strategies, an IT company that provides custom B2B software solutions for enterprise clients.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Stone Haven Capital?
We needed a steady flow of qualified sales calls with owners of B2B manufacturing companies in the US. We didn’t have the bandwidth to build a cold email campaign in-house, so we hired Stone Haven Capital to run the whole process end to end.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Stone Haven Capital has been providing a fully managed cold email outreach campaign. The team has built the target lists of US manufacturing owners, set up and managed all the sending infrastructure, written and tested the email copy, handled replies, and booked qualified calls directly into our calendar. We also have access to their custom CMS with our own login, where we can see every lead and campaign stat in real time.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Stone Haven Capital.
How did you come to work with Stone Haven Capital?
Stone Haven Capital was referred to me, and I chose them because they offered good value for the cost.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Stone Haven Capital has booked more than 180 sales calls with manufacturing owners, and we’ve closed about 25% of those into paying clients. Since we only pay per qualified lead, the economics have been clear from the first month. It has become our most predictable source of new business during that period. Moreover, we’ve closed around 50 new clients, which has added about 80% to our revenue over that period and roughly doubled our monthly pipeline compared to what we were getting from referrals alone. The cost per closed client has come in well under what we’ve spent on other channels before.Additionally, our sales cycle has gotten noticeably shorter. The leads come in already knowing what we do and why they’re on the call, so most deals close within 2–3 weeks instead of the usual two months from cold referrals.
How did Stone Haven Capital perform from a project management standpoint?
Stone Haven Capital’s project management has been very light-touch, which is exactly what we want. Everything runs through a shared Slack channel, questions get answered the same day, and the first calls start landing within the first couple of weeks after onboarding.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their custom CMS.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could make their CMS simpler to use.

Stone Haven Capital provides cold email outreach to generate leads for a financial planning firm. They analyze the ideal customer profile, build prospect lists, write copy, run campaigns, and handle replies.
Since partnering with Stone Haven Capital, the client has received 170 qualified leads and closed 4 to 13 new clients every month. The team is organized, responsive, and delivers quality leads consistently. Their in-depth customer profile analysis stands out in particular.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a financial services company, an independent registered investment adviser providing wealth management and financial planning to business owners, executives, and high-net-worth families.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Stone Haven Capital?
We wanted a consistent flow of prospective clients for our advisory practice, including business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals with concentrated equity positions. We had been prospecting in-house for years, and the results depended entirely on how much time our advisors could spare that month. The goal was to take that off their plate and have qualified introductions arrive on a predictable schedule on a pay-per-lead basis.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Stone Haven Capital provides us with A–Z cold email outreach. They started with a detailed ideal customer profile (ICP) analysis of who we actually close best with. Then, they built the prospect lists and shared them with us for review, which mattered a lot in a regulated industry like ours. From there, they wrote the copy, ran the campaigns, handled replies, and passed qualified, interested leads to our closing team. Moreover, we have access to their client portal, where we can see every lead, the campaign it came from, the reply history, and monthly numbers on volume and lead quality.
What is the team composition?
We don’t know how many teammates from Stone Haven Capital are assigned to our project.
How did you come to work with Stone Haven Capital?
We found them through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget and offered good value for the cost.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $50,000 to $199,999.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in April 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been receiving 180–200 leads a month since April 2024. Since then, we’ve received over 170 qualified leads every month and closed between 4 and 13 new clients monthly from that channel. The first month came in about 20% below the close rate we’d projected, but that was on our closers, not on the leads. Once we adjusted our follow-up process, the numbers caught up within two weeks.
For a firm that used to rely on advisors prospecting in their spare time, that level of consistency is a very different business. Moreover, our cost per acquired client is well below what our in-house prospecting effectively costs once we count advisor hours. On quality, we track how many leads meet our minimum asset threshold and fit one of our three target profiles.
That’s stayed consistently high because we sign off on the lists before any outreach campaign starts. We haven’t needed a formal scoring system beyond that.In terms of business growth, our new client acquisition is up roughly 64% compared to the same period last year. For the first time, our growth doesn’t depend on which advisor happened to have a good networking month. It has also freed our advisors to spend their time with existing clients.
How did Stone Haven Capital perform from a project management standpoint?
Stone Haven Capital’s project management is organized and responsive. The ICP work and list review were done on the hours/days timeline they promised, and leads have arrived every week since the launch without a gap.Our primary form of communication with them is email or messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive or unique about them?
The depth of their ICP analysis is impressive. They went through who we’d actually closed and why and built the targeting around that. Being able to review every prospect list before it went out gave us confidence we’ve never had with outsourced outreach, and it shows in the quality of who ends up on our calendar.
Are there any areas they could improve?
A short onboarding session for our closers on how these leads differ from referrals would have helped us avoid the slow first month.
