Celebrate 10 years of 3S Artspace with a milestone private fundraising event and broader public campaign that would energize major donors and community members alike. Create a strategic campaign platform, event identity, and branded experience that reflects 3S’s bold, artistic spirit—while setting the stage for the next decade of creative impact.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Funds raised:
The fundraiser on September 26, 2025 was 3S Artspace's most successful to date, raising more than $100,000.

Landing page traffic
570 page views (for an invitation to a private event sent to about 130 recipients)

Social / Digital / Direct Mail
Metrics are unavailable until we get into our annual appeal season this November/December when we begin to expand the campaign to publicly use the assets.

We have 18K Facebook followers, 16K Instagram followers, 6K e-newsletter subscribers who will recieve a concentrated push of Assembly Required content through the end of December. Our support page on our website will be temporarily updated to an Assembly Required landing page. In past years, our email marketing has been the strongest driver of donor support during appeal season, 2nd only to direct mail outreach (approximate # of direct mail recipients is 700). We look forward to leveraging the Assembly Required campaign to grow contributions from all sources this year.

In-house colllateral
Vinyl indoor/outdoor banners that were created for the fundraiser event were designed to be evergreen, and will remain installed through annual appeal season and into the new year. Based on event attendance numbers, the banners have been on display to 2,300+ ticket holders since the end of September. Our banners installed outside get additional impressions from Gallery visitors and people dining at the restaurant on premises.

Board/Donor feedback:

• Many of the 140 attendees were new to 3S Artspace and because of Stirling Brandworks collaborating with us, we were able to create a wonderful 1st impression.
• 86 people donated the night of the event, we secured several multi-year pledges, and secured 11 sponsors leading up to the event.
• Anecdotally, our Executive Director received positive feedback from several attendees with whom the "Assembly Required" name and concept resonated.

Our account manager contact was wonderful. Veronica guided us through each step of the process– exploration, creative brief and strategy, concepts, deliverables, and future guidance, and helped keep the project on its timeline. Our designer, Jared, was also wonderful and took the time to "know" 3S and our team in order to shape the concepts for the campaign. He was also very attuned to our needs for deliverables and how to provide them to us so we could easily use them moving forward. The Stirling team was very responsive to our inputs, needs, and feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are so many facets to working with Stirling that were outstanding. We were wowed by their ability to quickly understand and speak the 3S language, honor our vision, and carry it through the project while simultaneously making us feel shiny and new. This balance is a challenge to accomplish, and they did it incredibly well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Stirling Brandworks could have done differently?

Again, working with them was a dream!

As NuPath's fundraising bar continues to raise, so has our need for agency support in an effor to bolster overall community impact.  What began as a grassroots, boots on the ground campaign has morphed into a large-scale, multi-pronged approach to fundraising and development.  With Stirling's support, NuPath has significantly increased peer-to-peer competitions, developed a corporate sponsorship strategy that aims to triple the return from just a few years ago, and provided outreach (social campaigns) support that has engaged audiences from far beyond early campaign possibilities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We watch our fundraising ratios very carefully... in other words, what does it cost to raise the funds.  We run at approximately 1:3 (for every dollar spent, we raise $3), which is strong from an industry-audited standpoint.  Beyond that metric is the general sense of market penetration, visibility, and industry reputation (with peer agencies, and especially with prospective staff, clients and their families and by all measures we are operating positively.

The Stirling Team operates always with a sense of urgency and are ultimate task masters (in a good way).  Their project managers are like having on-demand assistants and for that I've been very thankful, as we have a very small internal marketing team and they have acted as a seamless extension of our team.

In a creative environment, opinions tend to run hot.  NOT with Stirling... they were open to creative exploration always and never insist on design or direction without complete understanding and buy-in from the client.

Stirling Brandworks was selected in a competitive process to perform comprehensive rebranding for a network of early child care centers. Deliverables included a new logo design, a brand style guide detailing color and typography usage, custom MS PowerPoint and Word templates, and a one-page visual representation of the organization's core values.

Through several rounds of creative development, Stirling Brandworks enthusiastically incorporated client feedback and completed the project with a new logo design that received client approval and praise.
