Are there any areas for improvement or something Stellars.tech could have done differently?

We would have loved to have 24*7 support, but that's geographically not possible, but I hope eventually you guys become big enough to provide round-the-clock eng support.

It's plug and play. You don't really need to understand how to build or code a product, you just need to bring the vision and they will use their process to solidify the requirements and build a product that meets your customer's needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Stellars.tech could have done differently?

The language barrier is sometimes difficult, but we adjusted after a few months. Additionally, you should be prepared to get up early US time in order to make the most of their day time due to the time difference. In general though, the time difference helps becasue between our US-based resources and the Stellar's team, we deliver around the clock and it makes it easier to fix bugs while customers are sleeping.
