That alone made a noticeable difference in our hiring and onboarding costs.

Stellar Soft was originally hired to clean up our existing WordPress/WooCommerce site and database. Just days after they were hired, our company experienced a DDOS attack. The Stellar Soft team responded immediately to take steps to secure the site and the server as well as address customer facing issues created from the attack. We discussed options to compare efforts to secure the existing site versus rebuild everything from scratch and we decided to rebuild. 
Stellar Soft worked with us to break up the project in phases to be able to respond real time and limit the time our site was down. We achieved phase I of our site rebuild in record time and ahead of schedule. The team continues on next phases to complete the rebuild and data migration process. The organizational efforts along with the technical skill level of the team was remarkable during a very stressful time. Our company was incredibly impressed with the communication and deliverables. 
Each team member we have worked on the Stellar Soft team was highly professional and highly skilled. The Stellar Soft executive team does an amazing job of responding real time to add or change team members based on skill to best respond to issues as needed. We have worked with a variety of IT professionals over the years and this experience by far has been our most challenging, but we were blown away by the Stellar Soft team and grateful they were on board at the time. 
We can't say enough about how the entire team went above and beyond to secure our site and our data as well as get us operational in record time on a platform we are excited to build on and grow with going forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Stellar Soft secured and restored our data and helped to address customer facing issues created from a DDOS attack real time. They helped us evaluate our options to restore versus rebuild. When we decided to rebuild, the Stellar Soft team quickly assigned new project managers and worked with us to get a phase I version of the site built and operational in record timing, reducing the time our business was down significantly. We continue to work with the Stellar Soft team on the next phases of the site rebuild.
