1. Update of website images and content -  in the background better alignment with MKTG campaign in terms of SEO -   complete without issues and with great appreciation from customers

We needed someone to help with our social media marketing plan, social media posts and advice on social media ads. We had done a bit of work on brand awareness but needed to start to focus on converting this to sales.

We searched online and after meeting with Cathal we felt Stacks were a good fit.

We had an initial kick off meeting with Cathal and worked out a plan for both social media graphics and ads. We review this plan on a monthly basis and Cathal is great to advise on where we can make improvements and help promote sales.

Growing sales were out main focus, since beginning to work with Stacks in June out sales has grown by over 1000% in 6 months, bear in mind we are a new business that launched just under 1 year ago.

Working with Cathal is very easy, he is very responsive and quite felixible. Nothing is ever an issue.

The summerised dashboard is excellent and great to have everything in one place. The quality of the social media graphics is fantastic also.

I found a number of different growth marketers that specialised in small businesses via Google and interviewed a number of them. I liked Cathal's approach and his prices.

It was a partial success. I appreciate that ideally the ads would have been running much longer but I did not get the return on what I spent. I got a number of Newsletter Sign Ups, who may convert down the line but none have done that so far.

Pretty good. I would have liked a little bit more proactive communication and updates sometimes.

I liked their strategy and the creatives that were designed. They are able to understand my business and my audience quite well. The messaging resonated with my brand.

As I mentioned, more proactive communication and perhaps a better breakdown of tracking and how the ads were helping me grow/reach my business goals.

He was referred to us, however, it was his gentle polite manner that was the deciding factor. Patient, understanding, knowledgeable without being showing off. Quietly confident. He suggested a three month trial to see if he could make a difference.
