Our website has been outdated for a while and we wanted to upload new content in the hopes of generating more traffic. There were some aspects of the website that I couldn't update and needed help with.

This vendor helped set up this website last year, before I joined the organization. Given the positive feedback, it was a no-brainer for us to consult with them again.

The site needed some new materials. After a couple of emails, we were able to show them the changes we wanted and queried how we can update them moving forward. Once everything was set, the vendor updated the things were not capable of on our end and help us with the other changes we wanted to implement such as adding buttons.

We used Stacks twice before for this annual project and wouldn't go anywhere else. Cathal's professionalism, accessibility and knowledge were invaluable which made our lives very easy.

Our team had an initial teams meeting with Cathal where we outlined our expectations and end goal. Cathal teased it out with us and made some excellent suggestions which enabled us to think a little differently about what we wanted. We then had a weekly call to monitor progress. Outside of these meetings, I had regular calls with Cathal with ad-hoc requests and constant changes. Nothing was too much trouble and Cathal got the brief immediately.

We showcased Cathal's work at our Global Leaders' Meeting (300 delegates) at Powerscourt Hotel, Ireland. The feedback was fantastic and we were very proud of the end product.

Excellent communication, very accessible which was really appreciated as a lot of calls/changes where unexpected and very last minute. Cathal was available by phone and email.

None. WE will be using Stacks again this year.

I am the owner of 7th Heaven, I design and create spiritual jewellery pieces.

We were launching 7th Heaven on amazon and were unsure how to manage the advertisement end of things. Cathal provided a solution for that! On our own Irish platform Cathal increased our sales by managing our digital marketing.

We were recommended Cathal by another company. We also searched for a suitable match and Cathal definitely was the best.

We initially had a call to outline the goals of our business. Cathal then provided a paid social proposal for us to outline the work he would be carrying out. The work entails of building out adsets and targeting of top, middle & bottom of funnel for each target demographic and product type linked with our shopify accounts.

He created videos, to increase the performance of our ads. These ads were implemented on facebook, instagram, tiktok and amazon. Cathal also created an overview page where we can track click through rates and our returns.

Cathal acted as our account manager in the US and also consulted in Ireland. He managed digital marketing in both countries. Cathal also helped us develop new logos and web design throughout the website.

These online digital campaigns have proven to increase our sales and reach across Ireland and America.

First of all they changed the look of the homepage to make it more professional and inviting. On their suggestion and recommendation, they added a calendar booking system for one to one consultations. They improved the quality of digital photo's and increased the upload speed.

Marketing, they created different ads and monitored the reach and number of hits, so that we understood the market better. We used various marketing mediums including Facebook and Instagram.

I am a communications specialist based in San Francisco, and I manage the comms for one of the largest public sector unions in the Bay Area.

Our website was created over a decade ago, and we needed to redesign it on a whole new platform. It had to meet our branding specifications, migrate our old data, and it had to serve all the same functions as our old site.

We looked around and decided to go with Stacks Creative because they came with a reliable team, were able to work within our budget, and brought a lot of experience.

After initial meetings to discuss what our needs were and explore our options, Stacks Creative gave us 3 different design directions as a starting point. We were able to discuss what we liked and didn't like and refine one design until we were happy with it. After that, they built the site in line with this vision, and then we had a couple rounds of feedback with the actual site. Finally, Stacks Creative offered tutorials on how to edit the backend of our new site, so that we could start finishing it and updating it going forward.

In total we worked with one web developer/designer and a creative director. Having both proved to be essential to bringing the project to life.

Our members and staff have had nothing but positive things to say about our new site. Everyone is thrilled to have such a beautiful, modern, and effective website that finally reflects who we are. Our site is not yet live, but once it is you can visit it.

Even with the fact that some of us were on very different timezones, we managed to always schedule regular meetings, and the Stacks Creative team kept us up to date regularly via email. If we ever needed to talk on the phone we could. Overall the project was on time and we had faith it would be from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was extremely impressed with the team's competence and diverse skillset. They always brought a professional and collaborative approach to the work. It was very easy for me to communicate what I was looking for, and Stacks always made it happen, even when they had to get creative with solutions. The whole time they were very personable and fun to work with too! Stacks knows what they're doing, and I'd trust them with any future project.
