What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From a business perspective, the biggest improvements were in process efficiency, turnaround time, and overall digital experience. We were able to reduce several manual steps, improve the flow of information between systems, and make key workflows more consistent. This helped our teams respond faster and spend less time on repetitive activities. Just as importantly, the solution gave us a more scalable foundation for future growth rather than simply addressing the immediate requirements.

Based on our internal assessment, we saw roughly a 25%–30% improvement in process efficiency and about a 20% reduction in turnaround time for the workflows Stackroft worked on. We also saw fewer manual interventions and better consistency in how information moved between systems. These improvements made a noticeable difference to the team’s day-to-day productivity and gave us a stronger foundation for scaling the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was that Stackroft didn’t approach the project as simply a development assignment. They took the time to understand the business objective behind the technology, challenged a few assumptions where appropriate, and proposed practical ways to make the solution more scalable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be documentation and upfront communication around certain technical decisions. There were a few points where having more detailed documentation earlier would have made internal reviews and approvals a little smoother.

That said, these were relatively minor compared with the overall outcome. Stackroft was receptive to our feedback and addressed issues quickly. Overall, I’d consider them a strong technology partner, particularly for teams looking for a vendor that is flexible and willing to take ownership rather than simply execute a predefined scope.
