Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work includes the following:

1.       Review six AWS environments for any functional value and recommend which environments can be deprecated.

2.       Review the AWS environment, identify all unnecessary AWS resources and recommend an approach for reducing AWS spend on these assets.

3.       Update the web application to remove dependencies on the Okta identity management system and replace identity management and authentication with the Microsoft Identity Platform

4.       Integrate with Azure Active Directory Application Registration for securing the applications APIs.

5.       Integrate with Azure Active Directory Enterprise Application for enabling Single-Sign-On.  Single-Sign On may be enabled through SAML or OpenID Connect.  

6.       Create support documentation for managing application registration secret expiration, SAML certificate expiration, and any other items for sustaining the web application moving forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Stackfound delivered everything we asked for.  They were easy to work with.  We were able to outline our challenges, and they did an excellent job of solving these challenges with the solution design.
