They took the project from the idea stage. The first thing we needed was an analysis to fully understand the technical requirements of our project. After that they worked on the design and prototyping of the platform, the good comunication let to a lovely feedback loop.

Once we we approved the designs and prototypes, they developed platform from scratch, all alligned with what we aggred on during the first stage. We were able to test all the features as they were being shipped to our staging environment.

Tasks like database setup, cloud infrastructure, domain config, etc. were seamlesly perform by them too.

They are noow in charge of the maintenance of the website, and they keep improving or creating new features as requested.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They designed and develop the platform from scratch within the time agreed. Our platform currently serves several thousands of requests and users with almost 0 downtime.

Their priotization was key to the project, they were always on time. It is important to mention that we always tried the new features or changes so we could validate them before they jump into the next task.

Another important factor was how fast they implemented the changes suggested by our users, specially during the first months of being live.

Stable Tech's quality, speed, and way of working were remarkable. The way they prioritized the work was good. This is hard to find in a team nowdays. It is obvious their desire of wanting building robust software.

Deliverable 1: Landing Page (Desktop + Mobile)

Development of the informational website (Landing page).

Deliverable 2: Chatbot Integration with GPT Custom (Maca)
Week 2-3
Implementation of the chatbot frontend following the designs provided in Figma.
Dynamic conversation management, tailored to the two main scenarios: The user doesn't upload their bill: They will be asked for key information (consumption, power, rate type) until the chatbot can calculate the best options.
The user uploads their invoice: The chatbot will automatically extract the data and present the best alternatives.
GPT model adjustments and optimization: If necessary, we will help fine-tune the chatbot's behavior by adjusting its settings or providing improvements to the prompt to ensure more accurate responses aligned with MacadamIA's objective.
Deliverable 3: Implementation of contract change request flows
Weeks 3-5
Implementation of supplier change request flows according to the provided Figma.
Capture user data to process the change request (IBAN, data confirmation, consent).
Necessary validations to ensure a clear and frictionless process.
Deliverable 4: Infrastructure management and deployment
Weeks 5-6
Objective: Ensure the platform is operational with the appropriate infrastructure.
We will handle the consulting, contracting, and configuration of the necessary infrastructure to support the expected traffic.
The cost of infrastructure services (hosting, databases, APIs, etc.) is not included in the quote and will be managed directly by MacadamIA. Initial infrastructure costs (hosting, servers, databases, storage, etc.) are not high, approximately €50-€100 per month.
