What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They can handle a bunch of different projects at the same time without letting anything slip through the cracks. Anytime we needed to change direction or add something new, they’d just roll with it—no fuss. Plus, they’re super quick to get back to us whenever we have questions or requests. That mix of staying organized and being flexible is pretty hard to come by, and it made a huge difference for our workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ssquares Tech could have done differently?

Honestly, there's not a whole lot I'd change. Maybe in the future they could look into some newer programming approaches, but we're not even at that point ourselves yet. We're totally happy with their current workflow, so it's more of a “nice-to-have” than a real criticism. They’re doing great as is.
