They advised on the feasibility of automating data collection from various sources, set up a centralized Google Sheet to streamline the process, and provided guidance on integrating this data into Google Looker Studio for donor-friendly reporting.

SpreadLogics demonstrated excellent project management, delivering all agreed-upon milestones on time and maintaining clear, responsive communication. Serhii and Viktoriia seamlessly integrated into our work culture, proactively engaging via Google Meet and Slack, and collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments. Unfortunately, due to the U.S. government funding freeze in February 2025, we had to pause the project, but we hope to resume work with them if funding is restored.

What impressed me most about SpreadLogics was their ability to bring clarity to a complex and evolving project, helping us understand the reality of collecting and integrating diverse impact metrics. His dedication and expertise made a significant difference, and I truly hope we can work together again in the future.

There are no areas for improvement. Everything was going great and we had a highly productive collaboration. I truly appreciate Serhii and Viktoriia’s patience and flexibility, especially during the last few weeks of uncertainty as our stakeholders kept adjusting the project scope. They handled everything professionally, and I only regret that we had to pause the work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SpreadLogics built highly complex Google Data Studio dashboards for our finances, project finances, and estimated revenue using Google Sheets as the source. I provided the raw data, and they did the rest. Everything updates and runs smoothly, and they always iron out small fixes. The team also built Data Studio dashboard reports for our clients to see their budgets and remaining amounts.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SpreadLogics delivered validated and working finance dashboards. We have more focused steering in our priorities, which helps us save more money by reducing costs and reassigning our staff more effectively. We also receive fewer emails from clients asking about their remaining budget for the month because they can look at the dashboard and see what they’ve spent and what they have left.

How did SpreadLogics perform from a project management standpoint?

It was hard to estimate the timeline because the raw data had to be reviewed and understood first. However, SpreadLogics did all the hard work, asked only required questions, and did the rest with lots of ideas and initiatives, which was very valuable for me. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

SpreadLogics’ knowledge was impressive. They figured a lot of things out themselves and gave us many ideas with minimal input. They helped us see metrics we hadn’t thought of before. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
