We hired the Spray team to set up and manage paid Meta ads. At that point in time we were not using paid Meta ads and felt it was needed to help us compete. The Spray team set up various ads and videos.

Every month we had a Zoom meeting and discussed all aspects of the project. If I had any questions before or after each meeting I would email the team and they would respond quickly. The communication between FNYT and Spray was stellar! They would also help me with questions I had pertaining to Google Ads (I am managing that). Everything was deliverd on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The entire Spray Marketing team is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience when it comes to all aress of digital advertsing/marketing. Spray does not have the standard year contract approach. You can work with them a month to month basis which is unuasal but effective. If for some reason things do not work out you can give them 30 days notice to stop the project (a very fair approach). Being locked into a full year can be costly if things are not working out. Bravo to Spray for being flexible!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Spray Marketing could have done differently?

Our working realtioinship was great, I don't feel they could have done anything to improve the process or get better results. It was a pleasure working with Spray.

Spray Marketing is responsible for SuitShop's paid search & social strategy, along with budget pacing & allocation, and general reporting. We meet with Spray twice per month to review reporting, celebrate wins, and plan next steps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Spray Marketing continously meets our aggressive goals (we have been working together for almost 4 years!). From our long-standing relationship, the Spray Team (Kelsey) has developed the ability to to quickly recognize when our strategy may not be pacing according to our goals and always makes the right decision with our budget to ensure that our desired outcomes are met. The team holds us accountable in keeping up with best practices, updated creative, & the ever-changing social landscape. 

It's also worth mentioning that the reporting breakdown and ongoing work from the Spray team always leaves me impressed! 

I don't know what we'd do without them :)

Excellent service, efficient work, and above & beyond turnaround times. 

Spray Marketing always delivers on time. As this is an ongoing project, there is not too much to "deliver" but we can always expect a bi-weekly & monthly reporting update and have a direct line of communication to the team. I don't think I've ever gone longer than a few business hours without a reponse from their team.

1. The spray team is always up to date with best practices to ensure we're not falling behind when updates occur
2. Spray is always testing new features & opportunities in a way that is efficient & aligns with our goals 
3. The team goes above & beyond with keeping up informed. Whether it be through general reporting or the overall communication of our ongoing results. I'm never left to question why something may or may not be happening in our ad accounts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Spray Marketing could have done differently?

No notes. I'm extremely satisfied with Spray Marketing and would recommend them to anyone looking for e-commerce marketing support.

We hired Spray to help us optimize our social media advertising and create an effective paid search strategy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Originally, Spray had been recommended by another retail brand. In addition to really liking Stephanie, we appreciated that they didn't charge a fee on ad spend. That seemed like very honest way of supporting clients with their marketing efforts and, as a result, we have been able to really trust their guidance on ad spend.

When we first engaged with Spray in 2019, we hired them to help us with social ads. Stephanie helped clean up our ad accounts and create the right audiences. Once we launched our new campaigns, we saw improvements in ROIs.

We paused our contract with Spray during Covid, but when we resumed in 2021 we added paid search to the scope of work Spray was supporting. We've continued to have great results and this year we've asked Spray to help manage our TikTok ads as well.

We work with Kelsey very closely and along with her we have support from Divyansh and Syndey.

Our business has grown 150% year over year since 2021. This year, we're on track to grow another 100%. At SuitShop, we are very cognizant of our spending and require exceptional ROIs to ensure we remain profitable every year.

Spray has helped us achieve this growth while keeping our marketing expenses to 6% of total revenue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a great working relationship with Spray. They have always felt like an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a small, but mighty team. We've worked with agencies 5X the size of Spray and we get 5X better results with Spray. They are incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I appreciate how they are constantly looking at our ad results on a daily basis and making tweaks to optimize things.

We've never had an issue with our ad spending exceeding what we designated. They are respectful and conscientious of our budget constraints and are still able to deliver great results.

They created a data-informed strategic brief, sourced and vetted creators, developed A/B tests for each product, executed content creation with the creators, edited final videos (including on-asset supers, designs, music, etc.), and handled payment of influencer partners.

We’re continuing to execute this paid content, but Spray assets are within the top performing assets in awareness campaigns according to our media agency.

Detailed timelines were developed by Spray and aligned on in advance. The team was communicative and flexible with schedule changes or moving virtual call updates to email. All deliverables were sent on time. In several instances, the Spray team delivered assets early.

We were launching our virtual care solution to consumers and needed a digital marketing team that had successful experience executing paid marketing campaigns for healthcare. Our goal was to acquire customers as efficiently as possible.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected the Spray team because they were referred to me by another prominent virtual care company treating substance abuse. Ultimately, the Spray team was experienced with consumer healthcare and they were willing to work with our budget as an early stage startup.

The Spray team provided us with strategies to approach both Google and Meta advertising. They created budget recommendations and well-researched ad copy ideas. For Google, they provided a spreadsheet with hundreds of rows of ad copy variations based on keyword volume. For Meta, they created ad copy, designs, and campaign targeting recommendations.

Then, week-over-week, the Spray team managed our campaigns and worked on optimizations. They also helped us set up and test the proper tracking and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Pixel. Ultimately, the target KPIs were new appointments, completed medical backgrounds, and payments.

We had 4-5 team members supporting us, including the owner of the company and Google and Meta experts.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After several months of testing, we found very efficient channels to acquire customers on paid search. Week-over-week, the team found ways to make those efficient channels even more efficient by playing with optimizations and bid strategies. Since starting these campaigns, our acquisition cost has gone down 5-6x.

We have meetings every two weeks and the team provides a thorough email update with analytics every week. The team is also readily available for communication via Slack ad hoc.

They get really into the data and optimizations and have a great experience, specifically with consumer healthcare.

We never really discussed profitability targets and for several moths the campaigns ran unprofitably until we found more efficient channels.
