Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project had two phases. 

Phase 1: Brand messaging and positioning. Spire conducted internal interviews and a half day workshop to ultimately develop a brand messaging platform with a master positioning statement and key supporting points. This is used as a foundational document for all of our copy.

Phase 2: Website design & development. Spire designed, wrote, and built about 10 core pages for a new website. This work included crafting a new user journey, developing a new web aesthetic, wireframing each page, conducting SEO research, writing the web copy, selecting images, and creating proprietary graphics. They also wireframed templates and helped us migrate pages from our old site (such as the blog) into the redesigned template on the new site. They also set up our Google Analytics and helped transition all of this work to my internal team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our technical site performance immediately improved and we've seen a 700%+ increase in newsletter sign ups since launch. Spire kept the project on time.

Spire concepted and developed the name and identity for the development to be impactful, memorable and make an emotional connection with our identified audiences. This new brand included the name of the project, original logo mark, and brand style guide for use of the mark.
In addition to the development of the visual brand identity, Spire also conducted an executive workshop and built a full messaging and positioning document to allow our entire organization to communicate the essence of the brand and key attributes consistently to all of our audiences. Once the brand and messaging were ready to deploy, a series of presentations, pitchbooks, digital assets, and mood boards were created to target investors and municipalities to bring the vision to life.

The overarching goals of creating a completely new brand identity and driving brand awareness, and interest in the Bluff City, LLP development were accomplished by a combination of several different concurrent projects with compelling audience-targeted messaging and creative, inclusive of the following components:
