Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the District Webmaster for a school district in Central Florida. Our district has roughly 68,000 students and 8,000 employees.

For what projects/services did your company hire SpellBrand Agency?

SpellBrand worked with us to create 36 Logos and Mascots for all of our Elementary, Middle, and Multi-Level schools.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted the new logos that SpellBrand created for us to be unique to each school. We also wanted to be able to put all the logos side-by-side and know that they were all from the same “family”.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for vendors. Our district requires us to get three quotes from different vendors. SpellBrand submitted the lowest quote.

Describe the project in detail.

Initially we provided SpellBrand with samples all of our existing logos, a list of school info, school colors, and input from each school administrator on what they’d like to see in a new logo.

What was the team composition?

I worked as the liaison between the school administrator and Mash, with spellBrand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed within the quoted timeframe.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication between us and SpellBrand’s team was wonderful. They valued our feedback and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the end product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of the designs was more than we ever expected. We were definitely impressed and happy with all of our logos.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. We were very satisfied with our new logos/mascots.

We needed help to design the logo and branding kit for our new clothing brand and contact Spellbrand to work on this.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create a consistency in our new brand (i.e. have a nice logo and great branding kit that are are aligned with our brand strategy and vision).

How did you select this vendor?

We looked around. Conducted internet search (Google, Facebook...). We finally found Spellbrand in Behance platform. We hire Spellbrand because we were impressed with their portfolio and the great review from their clients.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

1. Spellbrand provided us with a creative brief template to fill out with the relevant information and our expectations. 2. Scheduled the work on Basecamp website, so we can see the step and provide feedbacks when needed. 3. Provided first draft for feedback and meantime provided us the opportunity to regularly communicate with their sales representative by email. 4. Delivered an amazing final product.

What was the team composition?

I work directly with Mash (CEO), Eva (Account & Support Manager) and other designers from the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The company designed an impressive logo and an amazing brand identity kit for our new startup. we are very impressed with the design. We are receiving a great feedback from the design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team is very helpful and usually contacted us by email to make sure that we are on the same page. Mash (CEO) also offered an opportunity to schedule a call and discuss about the progress. Basecamp platform was used to make sure we follow the process. The workflow between both team was amazing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The availability to support and listen to our feedback. The flexibility to make some tweaks when we requested a change. Above all, the professionalism of the company and the talent of the team stood out.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The company should do more promotion in Canada, so more entrepreneur can learn more about them. Because their quality/price is amazing and a great opportunity for startup looking to improve their visibility.

Initially, I brought them on to name my company. I enjoyed their work so much that we moved onto logo design and additional products.

I wanted a unique brand name and logo that would truly be my own.

How did you select this vendor?

I looked at various reviews and prices and actually went with a lower-cost option to start. Unfortunately, I disliked their work. That’s when I went with SpellBrand.

They looked for possible company names that were unique, available to be trademarked, and had an available URL.

What was the team composition?

I don’t know all their roles, but there were at least 3–6 people involved at each phase ranging from project managers to designers.

I’ve been impressed with their finished products, even the ones I’ve rejected; they're difficult to discard.

They worked smoothly and quickly. Their digital communication sped up the whole process.

The product quality I received for the price was outstanding.
