Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO and owner of GoKnee LLC, a knee health & wellness company. We offer a home knee recovery program for knee replacement patients, including both prehab and post-op recovery programs. We combine a patented knee device with online easy-to-follow exercise videos to help users safely perform advanced therapeutic techniques and improve recovery outcomes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Special Sauce has fixed our tracking in Google Ads so that the metrics are accurate. Now, we can trust the numbers we see in analytics. We can also easily track where a conversion is coming from because of their work. Additionally, we've noticed an increase in traffic to our website and sales are starting to increase.

How did Special Sauce perform from a project management standpoint?

Special Sauce is organized, professional, and responds in a timely manner. We communicate via virtual meetings and emails, which is convenient for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Special Sauce's level of expertise in the area we need help with. They do a good job of matching our needs to their staff that has that expertise. A highly intelligent team.
