During the multiple projects we worked on with Spec Sprite, the scope of the work ranged from providing initial concepts and early drafts of the animation, to working together with developers in order to ensure the proper optimization of the delivered assets, without compromising their visual quality, nor the performance of the product.

The deliverables included:

• Early concepts of the animations during the iteration phase
• Animation mock-ups to define animation flow and timings
• Optimization of assets
• Collaboration with developers to ensure the highest quality of the animation can be implemented

• Game Designer's and Art Director's approval.
• All projects were launched.
• Very few feedback sessions were required for the deliverables.
