SpartanBots is helping us make improvements to the front- and backend aspects of our website through WordPress and HTML.

We’re currently talking about integrating an SEO package into the ongoing engagement, as they’re finalizing our 10-page web platform.

We haven’t launched our product yet, but I like how they’re able to clearly communicate what they’re going to do and deliver all my requests.

How did SpartanBots perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management perspective, as they’re able to understand the scope of my requirements and deliver everything in a timely manner.

We typically communicate through email and Zoom and schedule the project through Upwork.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their main strength is their communication and adherence to our timeframes.

I’ve experienced nothing but positive results, so I don’t have any constructive feedback.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have launched my online course again, and the website needed a lot of updates prior to the launch because this was a new website build in the last year. Spartanbots helped ensure all the tasks were completed on time and functioning well.

We have daily communication by chat and creating loom videos.

So far, the site has been continually functioning well. The team has been knowledgeable and helpful.
