I'm the Chief Strategy Officer and CEO of Daniel Brian Advertising.

For what projects/services did your company hire Spark?

We have worked with Spark to outsource video content for social media and blogs for our clients as well as for our agency. From retail franchise brands and professional services to household goods, Spark was effective in developing our video content for social media posting and paid advertising campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Spark because they are quick, responsive, affordable and detailed in their approach to delivering advertising content as well as digital media campaigns.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We have several clients who need help developing regular content for their products and services. Some of those clients include Puppyoo vacuum cleaners, Schoenherr Roofing as well as our own blog content for the Daniel Brian Advertising social media campaigns. Spark setup the campaign calendar, planned the interviews and discovery sessions, followed up with shoot days and delivered drafts for proofing prior to posting. Each month we get an update on the progress and all deliverables have been on time.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the lead account manager, the video production team and the media planner/buyer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clients were able to successfully launch their brands with professional and effective content. One client, Shoenherr R., experienced a 10:1 Return on Ad Spend and tripled in sales during the course of the campaign. The vacuum cleaner client successfully launched their brand in the U.S.A. And, DBA Disrupt has become a successful video blog for our agency.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet weekly to update on projects and deliverables. The process is efficient and easy to navigate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They get results for our brands. Spark is very fast and efficient for the delivery of content for the fast-paced channels in social media. Their work is emotionally engaging, and they always know how to edit the right content to deliver the right message.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm sure as Spark grows they will offer more full service capabilities. Currently, their strength is in digital media and video content, and they are always willing to solve problems outside of their area of focus, so I'm sure they will continue to add services over time.
