For our project, the design studio Spaceberry allocated a dedicated team, consisting of a project manager, managers for each of the directions (branding and UI/UX design), and specialists who directly worked in Figma, creating working materials.

The team conducted a thorough audit of the existing system and processes, as well as organized a vision session to formulate the product development strategy. They worked on the branding and stylistic solutions.

The main focus of their work was a complete redesign of the homepage, with significant changes in both the visual part and the user interaction processes. A dashboard was also developed, which includes statistical and analytical information and charts.

Throughout the collaboration, the Spaceberry team demonstrated a high level of professionalism in gathering the necessary information. Each work stage was coordinated by a manager who adapted the processes and stages according to the project's requirements. Their proficiency in Figma was evident in the results of their work. We would also like to highlight their attention to detail, ease of communication, and the effectiveness of interaction when receiving feedback from the client.

Spaceberry Studio has produced excellent designs across various projects, so we keep using them. We can give them minimal feedback and direction, but they still come up with great designs that are perfect for what we need.

We discuss timeframes when we initially talk to them and give them the deliverables. If they think the proposed deadline is too tight, they return with feedback to work together. They always deliver what we want on time based on what we agreed. 

Moreover, Spaceberry Studio works well and pays great attention to detail. Although our projects have many scope changes, they’re accommodating and quick to make changes and updates. We like working with them.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Alevtyna (Project Manager) is super responsive and great at communicating. She always asks questions to ensure everyone is on the same page and she has the correct information. If we don’t respond to her, she follows up with me so we can keep the project moving.

We’re impressed by how quickly they can work for us. Spaceberry Studio produces designs in a matter of weeks, which is a short time. Whenever we come back to them with comments from a meeting with interns or clients, we give them the changes, and they update everything quickly.

They have various designers working on different projects. It’d be great to say when we like a person for the project, but it’s up to them with their resourcing.

We needed to build an internal network to manage our different clients' processes since we work with talents from different places, including Asia, Ukraine, Europe, and the UK. We wanted to create a platform for internal communication and collaboration to change our previous processes using third-party products like Notion and Google Drive. We wanted to develop a platform that was easy to use.

Spaceberry Studio designed and developed our internal platform. We initially had discussions and interviews with Spaceberry Studio to explain our company and the project's goals. Spaceberry Studio finished our project with satisfactory results. The team delivered a user-friendly platform and met my expectations. We launched the platform with our internal users and received positive feedback. My team was satisfied because we could now manage our work in one platform, and the team delivered a tool we didn't have before. Our processes were easier, and this allowed our company to grow. 

Spaceberry Studio helped us understand our internal audience and shared best practices for managing talent. I loved this project because I was involved in deep study and creativity.

Spaceberry Studio delivered work on time. I found this team very available on the contractor side. We communicated via Zoom, Google Meet, and Messenger. I loved collaborating on Figma because it enabled my team to see Spaceberry Studio's process in real time. I could comment, ask questions, and see the team's progress on the platform. For this project, we needed not to exceed our budget, and Spaceberry Studio achieved that.

This platform included logotypes and friendly character sketches, and well-defined tone-of-voice concepts. 

They didn't just stop at the surface – Spaceberry developed detailed UX prototypes and refined UI design. Their approach prioritized clarity, stripping away unnecessary elements to create interfaces that are free from distractions focusing only on essential features.
