My Business had a bad run of previous poor digital marketing providers on social media and landing page advertising with PPC marketing. After such experiences, I approached SOUP Agency to provide consulting advice across all of our campaigns. The key deliverable was to improve ROI from negative or zero to an upward trajectory. 

SOUP implemented a series of deep dives, team education sessions, improvements and tactics which has completely turned around how my business is found and present online. SOUP was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and highly effective.

Our social media adverts and PPC campaigns went from being a completely wasteful investment (producing ZERO ROI) to returning highly valuable leads, at around 5 or 6 per month. These leads weren't just average leads either - due to their consulting, we retargeted the right audience and were achieving real results.

SOUP are a young but very capable agency. I love that the most. The reason why is that they're agile in the way they operate and are passionate about keeping up with the latest in marketing, BUT they aren't arrogant. They take pride in their knowledge and are generous in sharing it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Soup Agency could have done differently?

Perhaps they should have upsold me!!! Hahaha I probably would have bought more. They were so focused on the project itself that they didn't offer other services, but that's definitely not a negative.

SOUP are exceptional at providing detailed reports, ensuring the client has full transparency and visibility of optimisations made and performance. The only future build is more summarised and succinct reports and/or PCRs to enhance accessibility and convenience.

They increased our social media followers by almost 2,000 followers in a matter of couple of months They have helped generate a significant percentage of our sales through email and social media marketing.

Always deliver on time - most of the time before the deadlines! Always following up with me if I haven't send my deliverables. Always pull up any marketing needs, even at the last minute without any complain. Have a structured framework and timeline of work and deliverables always. Each month, Soup send a monthly review of our organic search results of our website and key areas that they will focus on, whether it will be to improve the search ranking of specific keywords or categories that will increase visibility. They also review competitor rankings and audit our search console and make recommendations based on the audit results.

We have an ongoing contract with SOUP agency for online digital marketing. They have managed our Facebook and Instagram ads. Compared to our in-house work, they have outperformed and significantly decreased CPA while also maintaining a strong culture of experimentation and suggesting new advertising platforms and creatives

Our current cost per lead is approximately 1/3 of what it was only 2 months ago. We are spending less on marketing while also seeing better results.

SOUP joined our company Slack channel and we regularly communicate there. They have catered for our preferences in every way to make working together completely seamless

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication of the SOUP team to achieve better results, and then maintain those results while continuing to experiment and improve over time. This is different to other advertising agencies that we have worked with as in many cases other agencies, after initially impressing you, will slowly decrease effort and workload, delivering poorer quality work than initially promised during the initial sale.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have performed exceptionally well. As a small business, our budget isn't huge and SOUP's fees are higher than average, but I am more than happy to pay as they have given us exceptional results.

Since implementing their strategy, we have seen a vast improvement in the quality of leads. Before Soup, we go a lot of leads, but they were all bad. They are now more pinpointed to our services, we are so excited.

Wow. Honestly. I am blown away. They really educate you without belittling you. I felt empowered and in control when these services always made me really nervous in the past. Their team holds your hand, takes you along, educates you, and gives very clear reports. It is wonderful.
