We gave Somnio access to our business travel portal and design assets. Somnio had to prepare our booth and communicate with the event organizer. 

During the event Somnio had to represent Codemagic by answering questions from people. 

Somnio also ran a lead capture campaign where they printed the t-shirts we had made and gave them out in exchange for a survey response. 

Somnio also highlighted leads that were high intent so we could go after them once the event was over.

we got 113 leads demonstrating that we are able to generate leads from events. This was very impressive.

The project involved developing a subscription-based mobile application that provides personalized training plans tailored to the user's needs and goals. The app allows users to customize their workout schedules, offers video guides for exercises, and enables direct communication with a coach for personalized guidance and support.

The app was built using Flutter for a seamless cross-platform experience. In addition to the mobile application, Somnio also developed a backend CMS system using Firebase. This allows coaches to easily add or modify content for the mobile application.

• Somnio Software helped us achieve a mobile app that has the objective to significantly increase revenue through several key factors. Firstly, by offering personalized training programs and exclusive content, we attract a larger user base and retain customers for longer periods.
• Additionally, our subscription-based model ensures a steady stream of recurring revenue as users pay a regular fee to access premium features and receive personalized guidance.
• Furthermore, by leveraging user data and analytics, we can continuously optimize and tailor our offerings to maximize engagement and customer satisfaction, ultimately driving revenue growth.

I am extremely satisfied with the project management for this initiative. The management team did an exceptional job in planning, organizing, and executing the project. The project was completed within the designated timeframe and budget, which is a testament to the efficiency and effectiveness of the management approach.

Honestly during our collaboration with Somnio, we did not identify any areas that we felt needed improvement. For what projects/services did your company hire Somnio Software, and what were your goals?

Our company hired Somnio Software for their Flutter experts to join our Flutter-based software solution. They worked as a Staff Augmentation team on our digital organizing platform for frontline organizers, labor org staffers, and workers, that aims to facilitate information & resource distribution, relational organizing, campaign strategy, research, and storytelling to change the balance of power in low-wage worker lives.

Our main goal is to focus our platform on a single technological cross-platform stack, using Flutter on the front-end side, to have a robust and adaptive platform to give support and represent workers everywhere. Somnio was very helpful in meeting this goal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

As a result of our search for Flutter engineers to build an in-house team, we came across Somnio Software and were intrigued by their nearshore services, which allowed us to have a high-quality technological team that works in the same time zone as our in-house team. More importantly, their focus and expertise in Flutter showed us incredible technical skills that would be difficult to get by hiring our own developers one-by-one, thus helping us save significant resources and time.

The Somnio Software Staff Augmentation team joined our project to help us with their Flutter skills and knowledge. Their Software Developers are part of our front-end development team, bringing an enormous amount of experience with both Dart and Flutter, which was of incredible help to the project.

They also provided professional project management and connected us to a product design team, which was key to improving our software development processes and pushing the project forward. As part of this project, we were able to learn the best practices in building applications using Flutter.

The Somnio Software team joined us as a Staff Augmentation team, with two Software Developers and a Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started working we Somnio Software, we have released new features and portals for our partners, which have made a significant impact to our overall partner offerings. As technology experts, Somnio refactored previously implemented features, with state-of-the-art technologies and approaches.

The leadership and primary management of our project were mainly handled by our team, but Somnio Software provided tremendous assistance to refine our backlog and help us deliver features more quickly and more effectively.

Somnio Software are Flutter technology experts that also immersed themselves in the project. They stand apart from other vendors that we have worked with given their investment in our goals and their excellent communication. We really feel like their developers are part of our team. The Somnio Software team exceeded their commitments on all fronts.

Not only have they been more-than-excellent Flutter technological partners, but their team was also fully dedicated to assisting everyone involved in the project. We very much look forward to continuing to work with the Somnio team.
