Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Project 1 : Rebranding a large Web Application , very technical and frontend heavy. Solead technicians and management were able to do what I know is complex and detailed. They have very technical project managers.

Project 2: On-demand DevOps: expert and reliable support including critical infrastructure and advice on security and policy. This keeps our focus on our core skills. I will repeat, reliability is so vital for this role and Solead deliver.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All positive.

We had a difficult ,highly technical, Frontend in Vue that needed a completely new skin. Dedication and perceverance was demonstrated with excellent Project Management and oversight.

The DevOps supplied is on-going... we count on Solead for our smooth operations.

The management team are ex-technical so speak the domain language, they can communicate precisely (cf. Sales-people trying to relay technical requirements). This is so important - do not underestimate the importance of clear technical communication.

Back-office technicians are typically reluctant to join customer calls or speak English BUT Solead BACK-OFFICE technicians communicate very well in English on voice calls (and messaging).
