Food Couture desired to create a Website & Mobile application which can be managed by our admin team, the functions includes, list of various courses, the option for online payment, an flawless experience throughout the course videos, including security of our own recorded videos. the main deliverables are: 

1. Website (including responsive) 
2. Android & iOS application 
3. A Admin dashboard to manage courses & learner details

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

our website is now more user-friendly, our learners finds it easy to surf through the website. The website is working fast, as we did no have a mobile app previously, we are having our most users from the app now & app is working so good. it increased our learners and already enrolled learners, enrolling in other courses also.

The communication is effortless, everything goes smoothly, there are a bit delay but it's because we wanted an updated function, they handled it very easily and delivered the project as we expected it to be.

The people from SoftYoi are very understanding and listens to our requirements, do research on it and came back to us for suggestions and feedbacks & according to our feedbacks we decided the way of approach of any specific function.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftYoi LLP could have done differently?

Yes. SoftYoi LLP is doing great, and we are totally satisfied with their service. But as we all know, no one is perfect I would like to suggest that if they can update a bit to have a weekly meeting to show the features that are done.
