Our company is a manufacture of materials used in home and industrial construction and remodeling. At the time my position was a manager over custom application development.

At the time, many of these systems were written in outdated technologies and were in desperate need of upgrades. These systems were utilized by 3500+ locations so resiliency and top performance was a must.

The opening was for a single development resource. We interviewed several candidates and made our decision based on technical and business knowledge along with interpersonal skills.

During this assignment Eric contributed to the development and support of many of our internal web applications. He always strived to go above and beyond and I was very grateful to have had an opportunity to work with such a talent. Eric not only assisted in upgrading these systems to a more modern technology stack, but he also mentored and trained our staff in the use of these tools. As opportunities arose, Eric introduced improvements in functionality and refactored code to his standard of quality.

I had an idea fo a offroad based Mobile App. I hired Eric at Software Prophets to basically bring my idea to life. With.nearly zero technical and computer experience I was at a loss before speaking to Software Prophets. Eric was (and still is) very patient with my tech handicap and makes amazing things happen with the app he created for me.
My goal was to bring a app to market that was both helpful to users and profitable for myself. Mission accomplished! Software Profits listened to my ideas, visions and dreams of this mobile app, brought it to reality and has been supporting it ever since.

This was a very tough decision for me as it not only represented the bulk of my life savinga but also the idea itself was very important to me. While working our way to an initial proposal Eric was very patient with my lack of technical experience while spending alot of time sorting through my idea of what this project looked like in my head. He was clearly very knowledgeable bit also passionate about the project and the idea. Also the initial price seemed very fair and Software Prophets have continued to be diligent, passionate and fair with the continued support of the app.

Software Prophets has handled every aspect of TrailView from initial development to its current version. They have handled everything including necessary apple and Android updates, requested improvements and upgrades, technical support, server access, etc. I also receive top notch advice, ideas and future vision from the company. Nearly all of my interactions are with the owner Eric. He also put me in touch with an overseas company that helps with some coding. Eric works as a mediator to help with the language barriers (English and technical)

Honestly tgos company has impressed me every step of the way. The skills and knowledge are amazing along with a top notch work ethic. Projects seem to start the same day as conception. Questions will come across my email at night and during weekend showing an amazing dedication to the projects.
