Software mansion helped build the core elixir application that manages a pipeline of audio. We used the Membrane framework. SWM was responsible for establishing the overall architecture of the application, building integrations with key APIs and providing guidance on the overall experience.

We shipped the app on time and it works.

We communicated primarily via slack.The project was a new build, so we had a "kanban" style working relationship where tasks were defined and the team member executed them. We kept overhead low given my budget and the fact that it was a single team member. The team was very responsive. As issues arose in areas unrelated to the core SOW, they still pulled in experts to help troubleshoot and bugfix.
