Our client's website project was focused on creating a cohesive digital presence that unifies the organization’s various initiatives into a single, intuitive website experience with strong UI/UX design. 

The site was developed in WordPress using Avada and built from approved Figma designs with a pixel-perfect development approach.

What stood out most about SoftSource was their responsiveness, technical knowledge, and willingness to problem-solve collaboratively throughout the project. They were highly adaptable as requirements evolved and consistently worked to find practical solutions that aligned with both the project goals and budget. Their team was also very communicative and transparent during development, which made complex technical processes feel much more manageable. What was especially impressive was their ability to take a complex website structure with multiple content areas and build it into a scalable, functional platform while remaining flexible and easy to work with throughout the process.

The project team hit deadlines early with their work, and all work was completed by project phase date to complete. They met the needs of our company, as well as the client's.

Very positive communication they seem to want to bend over backwards to help. They will have emergency meetings out of the normal team meeting schedule if a situation arises that needs a meeting very receptive to constructive criticism changes and alterations to their work.

AlAlthough communication is good, it’s usually restricted by the time zone of the developers which is not always convenient.

Eagle Eye Extermination LLC is a pest control business. We provide pest control solutions to residential and commercial businesses.

While Eagle Eye Extermination LLC has been developing a modern day website and other web site(s) for sub-companies we own, SoftSource Technolabs has been with us side-by-side helping us develop the website projects we have been needing. From chat integration, portal integration for employees and customers they have helped with it all including graphic manipulations needed.

I was recommend by them from one of my best friends Andy Dentone who is also a web developer in the beautiful State of Washington.

They have helped installed HR plugins (clock-in/out system) they have installed chat integration software for employees to have a direct two way communication system. They also installed chat integration software needed for our customers. They have helped with forum integration (bbpress theme customization for Wordpress.

I am in direct connect with two using Skype and being able to communicate with them is so wonderful.

The site is not 100% done as it is a work in progress. But I have no issues with the outcomes this team of IT web developer(s) have done for Eagle Eye Enterprises LLC, Eagle Eye Extermination LLC & Eagle Eye Janitorial LLC.

They always delivered on time. If I pay for 80 hours of work they inform me every step of the way when the projects are completed. If I pay for extra time they add it and start working non-stop until the project is completed.

The cost is very NICE for their services and the services they provide speak volumes. In my opinion these employees deserves promotions ASAP.

A project management software would make version history, changes easier to manage.

We are attorneys who specialize in representing injured workers in Colorado. We have a small mobile app that calculates benefits and provides case law updates.

We hired outsource to basically resurrect our pre-existing application that became obsolete with the new iOS systems. Our original developer ceased operations leaving us adrift. Softsource was EXCELLENT in beating the bushes, getting access and authority and resurrecting our APP.

Their dedicated project manager that kept me updated with all action steps, progress updates and customer relations. Team of developers who were available to discuss any needs, explain various steps and discuss the progress.

The Magento migration was successfully completed. We have been using this platotform for 8 years, and could continue to work on the platform without any problems, after the migration. It was a seamless migration and we could carry on with business as usual. All other bug fixes, optimisations and pages were done successfully.
