SoftPeak’s team developed an MVP of our cross-platform mobile application, tailored specifically to our business objectives within a 3-month timeline.

The application successfully handled over 15,000 simultaneous users without any performance issues.

During the project release we didn't have any issues and our beta users provided only positive feedback.

Unfortunately, they don’t provide marketing and advertising services for apps, so for these specific needs, we had to partner with another vendor.

Their team started with in-depth UX research and created wireframes and prototypes tailored for both patients and healthcare professionals. 
Based on it they created a complete UI&UX design system for the mobile applications, web app and admin panel. 

After the Discovery phase SoftPeak's development team was responsible for the development of the Mobile applications, Web application and Admin panel

The scope included:

 • Developing mobile applications for patients (appointment booking, video calls, notifications).

 • Creating web application for doctors (schedule management, patient records, payments).
