After the software was fully rolled out, the change was pretty noticeable. Our staff stopped using spreadsheets completely, which used to take up hours every week. Now, we get alerts for low stock before it becomes a problem, and order processing is much faster.

There’s also less confusion when selling across Amazon and eBay at the same time. Before, we’d oversell items sometimes, and then have to cancel orders — that hasn’t happened since switching to this system.

We now have much better visibility into how the business is doing, and I personally spend less time doing admin work. This has freed me up to focus more on business strategy and product sourcing.
