Soft Suave stepped in with a dedicated group of engineers who integrated into our workflow almost immediately. They took on a variety of tasks, ranging from optimizing backend services to designing and implementing new UI components that would make evaluation data easier to interpret for non-technical stakeholders. One of their key deliverables was a set of advanced testing modules that allowed us to run more sophisticated evaluations of prompts, complete with visual dashboards and detailed reports. They also worked on improving system integrations, ensuring our tools could connect more reliably with third-party services used by our clients. In addition, they addressed performance bottlenecks, streamlining processes so that larger workloads could be handled without delays.
