Within the first quarter, our cost per acquisition decreased by roughly 20–25%, and by the end of the year, we were maintaining acquisition costs significantly below our original benchmark.

Engagement rates across our primary social platforms improved consistently, particularly on video-based content, and our follower growth became more organic rather than driven purely by paid boosts. Paid social campaigns became far more predictable in terms of return on ad spend, allowing us to forecast budgets with greater confidence.

Website traffic from social channels increased year-over-year, and more importantly, the traffic quality improved, resulting in stronger conversion rates. We also noticed improved audience retention and higher repeat engagement compared to the previous year.

We asked SociallyIn to run our Meta ads at the spend we came in with, but with higher ROAS and lower CPAs and then scale with higher spend, which we started to achieve in just a few months.We hit a snag when massive budget constraints from leadership derailed all progress (instead of scaling, we had to reduce spend by over 50%). 
However, we were actually able to get to the low CPA/higher ROAS with a spend close to the one we started working with SociallyIn, which was a wonderful way to end the partnership. We ended because we decided to dissolve the e-commerce part of our business, which was the main reason for running any ads

When within our original monthly spend, we did see higher conversions from new customers than we had with any other agency, with increased ROAS

Their communication was clear and consistent. SociallyIn was thrown through a lot of significant changes and did their best to roll with the punches.Some months did not yield successful metrics, but this was entirely attributed to the chaotic nature of the directives they were given. Even when we had to reduce spend significantly, they focused on very low CPAs so we could at least achieve one KPI.

Initially we wanted to hire SociallyIn for organic social content management, and the clients they had helped in this regard had social media profiles that clearly showed where SociallyIn stepped in. The content and the engagement improved across all their clients' pages they shared with us and at the time, growing our socials organically was priority. 
The fact that paid social was thrown into it was an added bonus. (we've omitted comments on the organic content side because our budget changes soon removed this area from the scope with very little to report on)

There was a small period of time where we had some difficulty aligning on deliverables SociallyIn was responsible for, which was resolved and both parties were happy with the resolution. It just took a bit longer than we deemed necessary to get to the resolution. Otherwise, that was really it. There are no other areas for improvement at all.

They really got us moving toward Google search and SEO when we got our website up and running. When we started with them, we set up one way and then switched it up six months in. They were adaptable to our situation.

We work with three people: two of the owners and one sales resource. These are the top people on their team.

We found them via Google search. After talking to multiple companies, it was clear that Sociallyin was the right fit for us. We were trying to obtain open communication, constant availability, and fast responses to changes whenever we needed to deliver something that was different from what we expected.

We’ve been working together since January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We wanted to get to the top of the search results, and Sociallyin brought that to fruition pretty quickly.

The thing we love most about them, however, is the automation software that they provide to use with LinkedIn. Once I receive a connection request, about 40–50% of people are either interested in connecting or actually connect. Other types of marketing (mail, PPC) provide a much lower rate of connection.

How did Sociallyin perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t have any formal project management, but we work together to figure out what direction to go in and how things should work. Everyone has been open with their communication and adaptable to any situation we find ourselves in. if we choose one path and it doesn’t work, we just move on to a different path.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is the biggest highlight. They’re always available and adaptable to everything. They’re a small to medium-sized business, but they do very well at always being available to us. We feel like we’re their number one customer. They always listen to what we need and adapt to it.

No, not that I can think of. We’ve had a great working relationship from the beginning.

The customer contact for this project was the CTO, and we eventually spoke to plant managers throughout North America.
