The project manager communicated that the project deadline (a very short one) could be met during our review call, but then later stated after reviewing details that it could not. After negotiating what could be done, the project deadline ended up being met. This was a bit hectic and worrisome but turned out OK in the end.

We have seen a significant growth in exposure (organic impressions and reach), engagement (new follower growth on IG and FB) and incremental revenue vs our internal benchmark timeframe (pre/post engagement with SociallyIn).

The SociallyIn team consistently delivers on time and is quick to respond to questions, and strategic needs. We review results bi-weekly, and our account manager is highly organized (communicating via regular calls and on the project management platform) and ultra-responsive to our requests/questions.

Additionally, senior strategists, creative teams and dept leads are pulled-in when necessary to make sure our needs our met - we also receive regular check-in calls from the agency owner to ensure our projects are on-track and we're satisfied with the work being done.

We began our work by analyzing the sector and determining our strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. In the first months of work we managed to increase our followers, engagement, reach and visibility by a large percentage. We were able to meet our 3 month objectives in only 1 month. Additionally, something that was very important for us is that we were able to communicate and look the way we wanted to, taking into account our brand identity.

Seeing real results in social media. We have previously worked with agencies that only cared about publishing, without having a background strategy, which did not bring the expected results.
