The scope of work is considerable. We needed a group that could come in, augment what we were doing by providing quality content ideation, social media management, collaborative posting, strategic planning around announcements, and brainstorming.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Consistent growth in all aspects of the work: increased followership, improved engagement, and a major boost in Instagram and reddit traction based on their hands-on involvement. In addition, their content creation has been consistently good and always completed well ahead of schedule.

Their project management is clear and effective without being a distraction. All too often, project management can become the main focus of creative. SociallyIn's project management is sophisticated so that it is present and orderly, with grids and cals created and managed and meetings supported, but the work is not obtrusive; it's blended within discussions of ideation, announcement planning and weekly updates. Highly effective.

In addition to the company's clear expertise and knowledge of the industry, the tools, and best practices around all things social media, the culture of the organization continues to impress us all. They are confident yet humble, aggressive but not arrogant. They are a joy to work with and producing holistic results -- from metrics to client management -- is at their core.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sociallyin could have done differently?

I cannot think of any, mainly because they are clear about their capabilities and do not over promise. Their services are laid out clearly in tiers. We signed onto a tier and they have delivered on every single capability and KPI.

We engaged SociallyIn to help enhance our Social Media presence, online visibility and communicate with an engaged audience of cruise enthusiasts, frequent travelers and booked cruisers. The scope of work incudes developing social media strategy designed to drive awareness, engagement and incremental revenue via social media channels. Deliverables including content development and posting (multiple formats - stories and reels, static posts, carousels etc) on IG and FB.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a significant growth in exposure (organic impressions and reach), engagement (new follower growth on IG and FB) and incremental revenue vs our internal benchmark timeframe (pre/post engagement with SociallyIn).

The SociallyIn team consistently delivers on time and is quick to respond to questions, and strategic needs. We review results bi-weekly, and our account manager is highly organized (communicating via regular calls and on the project management platform) and ultra-responsive to our requests/questions.

Additionally, senior strategists, creative teams and dept leads are pulled-in when necessary to make sure our needs our met - we also receive regular check-in calls from the agency owner to ensure our projects are on-track and we're satisfied with the work being done.

Creative ability, highly collaborative approach and responsiveness, and focus on our defined measurable KPIs for the project.

In some cases would like to see more proactive approach to planning, and more of a balance between social media best practices and our internal knowledge of our audience/customer base in developing new content.

We began our work by analyzing the sector and determining our strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. In the first months of work we managed to increase our followers, engagement, reach and visibility by a large percentage. We were able to meet our 3 month objectives in only 1 month. Additionally, something that was very important for us is that we were able to communicate and look the way we wanted to, taking into account our brand identity.

They have excellent response times, every time we need their collaboration they are there for us in the shortest possible time and attend to our needs as requested.

Seeing real results in social media. We have previously worked with agencies that only cared about publishing, without having a background strategy, which did not bring the expected results. With them, you don't see improvisation, you see that the content is created under a strategy and taking into account the defined KPIs and results of previous months.

Not really, we love their work.
