After speaking and working with Social Media 55 we are not in a much better position from many aspects of our business: Social profiles, Google support, Shopify dev/support.

Excellent, not only were they quick to address issues but they also have a very unique and effective QA process to ensure all the finer details are not overlooked.

We needed to be more consistant on our social media channels and SM55 is able to make that happen. They create content for us, take professional photos of our latest arrivals, posts on a regular basis. They also do lead gen campaigns through the use of paid advertising. They have an amazing video staff that create the best video’s in the automotive industry. They constantly work on our SEO to make sure we index high on search engines.

We have an account manager for all the communications between their team and ours. For each service, they have specialists working on each aspect. Great workflow!

Since we have been consistant on Social Media, we now have a community engaging with us. This helps with our brand awareness when we generate new leads with paid ads. We have amazing ranking on Google as well.

Results!! They never promised something they were not able to deliver. I find transparency is key and they have been transparent from day 1. We respect that.

They are the experts. We listen to their suggestions and not the other way around. They are very knowledgeable in the automotive industry and we felt that from the start.

We needed to optimize all our social media pages with custom banners and they created an entirely new updated look for us. We are doing regular posting and engagement services and working on a lot of content development. All areas where we were lacking.

After our kick off meeting Social Media 55 ran a market analysis for us marking out all the areas we were able to penetrate. They immediately redesigned our landing page for our software launch and dealt with all the copy for the site and backend. They handled title tags and meta tag descriptions and organized them in Excel files so they’d be easy to apply to the site. They created all of our branding kit, sales collateral, and other design and strategy needs we had. The project is ongoing and everything is running smoothly.

Our original landing page had content that was not relevant and the design had an awful experience. Our current page has great design, a nice user experience a call to action and it is stacked with relevant content. We see it working well on google now. We are pleased with all the social media collateral. It’s elevated our brand.

The workflow is regular daily communication. We use slack and email to communicate and we have weekly meetings by phone and sometimes additional zoom meetings.

We finally appear on page 1 in Google search for industry and city searches. We are very satisfied with the work done and will continue with SM55.

After the initial meetings, we received a few designs for the landing page of the site. Once we chose a theme that really resonated with us, they completed the design. They asked for feedback through each stage of development, so they could get closer and apprehend our vision, and in doing so, they impressed us as they delivered us with propitious results. We were extremely delighted. For each remark, they came back with more sample designs so they could match that vision. They gave their input as to how the content should be displayed in our site as well.

Our web design request was met and Social Media 55 exceeded our expectations. We have worked with a few designers in the past but we were never satisfied with the workflow or skill set until we started working with Social Media 55. They have experienced designers and were able to deliver everything we wanted and more. Our concepts were developed perfectly into our finished product and we felt confident with them from the start.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with updates every step of the way. We had weekly online meetings where he provided us visual examples of the process. Everything was delivered on time!

Their customer service, the expertise they had about website design, definitely better than any other web developer I had previously worked with. They were amply patient while we were working on providing them with our vision. They were understanding and most importantly, driven, which only made the outcome better.

Since then, we have grown multiple accounts following and have increased our customer base year after year.
