Exceptional service! Social Media 55 helped design and develop our shopify experience along with that they handle our social media management, content creation, SEO and our advertising contracts. We used Social Media 55 to help us with getting in blogs like Narcity and MTL BLOG. Our experience has been great, and they get us great results year after year. It's almost 10 years now.

Our Campaign doubled on our second season and continued to gradually increase each year/season we continued working with the Social Media 55 team. The one year we took a pause we noticed a significant drop. We make sure we don't take pauses anymore.

The communication is superb. They value their clients and our relationship. They are honest good people and Joseph and Benjamin really went above and beyond all these years. Everything was delivered on time we never had any timing issues with them.

They can have all the staff wear Sicily clothing jackets and no other brands. I know that's not realistic but it's wishful thinking.

We wanted an outside agency to work on our brand rather than our team or other agencies like we hired in the past. We needed an agency that could bring us f a premium look and feel to our rebranding project.

Social Media 55 began with our logo and branding. Once we crafted the look we designed the Brand Majors Website. They built a masterpiece in our opinion. Once we launched the site we developed all of our social media profiles. SM55 positioned us extremely well on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Social Media 55 quickly positioned Brand Majors exactly where we wanted it. We have a tremendous amount of respect for the Social Media 55 team.

Branding, social media, and web design were what we hired Social Media 55 for. We are now looking to have their team handle our SEO along with continuing our social efforts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted to hire a top level agency because we wanted to quickly gain traction and not have to wait so long for it.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First thing was establishing our logo. After a couple of revisions we were set with our logo. From there they created us a branding kit. This took care of our social media assets and web assets like custom icons. Once the design was approved which was a week or two we began the website. From beginning to end the site roughly took 3-4 weeks. After going live with the site they branded and developed the social media channels. The designs were in place so we started right after going live exactly how we wanted.

We worked without team lead, the web developer the graphic designer and two people from the social media department.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a couple months managed to organically outrank the school programs with similar names to us and now we index at the top position when searching Brand Majors. We look forward to start working on our local Boston SEO.

The work flow is a pleasure with Social Media 55. You get the feeling that you are working with highly trained and experienced professionals. They do a great job at making us feel like we are appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their high-quality work at a fast turnaround time is most impressive. Social Media 55 is not the cheapest out there but you pay for what you get.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't really have much to say here because they hit all their marks.

I am a co-founder of a cold brew coffee company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Social Media 55?

We wanted to grow brand awareness through our social networks.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They managed our Instagram and Facebook pages. That included creating content and driving traffic to our website. They also set the scheduling for posts and pushing content. They set up an FAQ style for common questions but forwarded unique customer service requests to us for review. We would decide the appropriate course of action and they would take control if that question arose again.

We’ve since moved our business activities. Social Media 55 no longer does our posting or content creation, but still operates as a consultant. They help us with the larger picture and marketing directionality.

We were in direct contact with Joseph (Advertising Director, Social Media 55). He provided us with the scope of work and the timeline.

We’ve worked with them for about four years. Their consultancy is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They added more assets and greatly improved the quality of posts, particularly the pictures they used. They proactively answered questions and concerns and went beyond the contract scope.

How did Social Media 55 perform from a project management standpoint?

We worked mostly over phone and email. They also had an internal setup that worked for us. They were always willing to jump on a call to discuss strategy and feedback. They were there for us when we ran advertising campaigns and they made suggestions for optimal post times. We had weekly meetings and independently oversaw how people reacted to our posts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They took our feedback and improved the areas that were weak at the beginning of our relationship. When they were a smaller company, we had some difficulties. They’ve since addressed all those issues.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear in your goals and ask questions. Make sure you understand what services you need and research what you hope to accomplish and what you might expect from them. They are open and willing to answer questions and make you feel comfortable.
