Overhauling and revamping our social has been a key focus of our project. We have implemented key strategies from multiple audits and analyses of our presence. The strategy recommendations have contributed to improved engagement rates and a more cohesive message that aligns with our clients and our values. 

In addition to social, we are working on our search engine optimization mainly for international search. The changes that have been made have given us a significant improvement in search engine rankings. Specifically for US-based searches.

Some measurable outcomes is that we were able to optimize our social media pages such as Instagram and LinkedIn along with doing some great work to our website. We had some bottlenecks such us slow growth and since implementation we have significant growth in engagement and our following. Videos and Reels have really transformed things.

At the start of our business development we brought Social Media 55 with us as a business consultant. They helped us develop the branding and concepts for our stores. We started with the logo and the additional branding assets, and went into website design. The logo came out exactly how we wanted it, they took our thoughts and fully brought it to life. We had our Shopify store built and we are really happy with how it came out, how easy it is to use and that people are shopping on it daily.

The results speak for themselves and we almost immediately got revenue off the website. Social Media 55 handled our photography for all of our product shots and our videos for things like reels on Instagram and Facebook. SM55 created our Facebook and Instagram pages and helped us with the day to day posting. We have had a positive reaction from social media and it’s driven visitors to the website and also has brought people in to the store.

We are having SM55 develop our investor/franchise deck so we can build out our second phase which is selling franchises. With Social Media 55’s experience, we plan on opening stores across the country.

Our initial needs were social media and getting Facebook and Instagram working for our interior design business. We really did not have any digital presence because we have been a word of mouth business. Things like the pandemic brought on our need to enhance our digital footprint. Our Facebook page allows us to generate leads for potential projects in our area which has turned out to be a great additional source of revenue.

People have been able to leave messages in our inbox on Facebook to set up a consultation and we have been able to maintain the same demographic clientele which is important for us at HRK designs. Everything is running smoothly and results are definitely noticeable.
