The level of detail and technical depth was impressive. I received documents I've never seen from a web developer before, competitor SEO analysis with real data, an accessibility before-and-after report, a post-launch verfication checklist with over 50 items. They also educated me on SEO concepts without being condescending. The site went from a Lighthouse score in the 50s to 96 on mobile.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Social Animal could have done differently?
The initial DNS cutover had a brief hiccup due to SSl certificate timing, but it was resolved the same day. Minor in the context of the overall project. Really good experience. We have already signed on for an ongoing SEO engagement. The website rebuild was delivered on time, on budget, and the quality exceeded expectations.
