I am the founder and director of Discovery Playtime. We do children entertainment, workshops and we also sell educational and sensory toys online

How did you select this vendor?

They demonstrated me they could provide exactly what I needed and suggested other improvements I wasn't aware off. They understood the ethos of my business and designed a website that would go along with it.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They provided a new website based with everything I wanted on it. They were very creative and were able to create a structure that was very appropriate to what I wanted. They transferred my hosting, domain and email to them so I don't have to worry about anything at all. They were very understanding with all the small details I wanted to add or change. I got access to the wordpress dashboard and they showed me how I can modify some things myself.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since the new website is live I have had 5 times more sales than ever before. The amount of visitors to the website is also much higher as they check the statistics weekly.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was completed within the dealine stablished. I could trace the stage of each page being built so I was aware of the work being done every day. I had to be "present" to be able to confirm specifics like photos or messages when required but it was very quick, efficient and everything as expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had quick, great knowledge about what was available and most suitable for my business. For example I would have never thought about having a live chat on my website but I have already got messages leading to sales so it was a great addition they suggested.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have great communication and customer service available when needed so if I had any issues, questions or requirements during and after the project, they were very quick at helping out. so I can't really think of anything they need to improve.
