They worked on the structure of key pages, messaging for our main use cases, and content ideas around AI phone assistants, automation, customer support, and operational efficiency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the website and content updates, we saw a 32% increase in organic traffic to our key product pages over the next three months. The engagement on those pages also improved. Visitors spent more time on the use case pages, and we started receiving more relevant demo requests from companies that already understood our AI phone assistant and the problem it solves. In total, Snoika helped us prepare around 20 content briefs and update 8 key pages. The biggest improvement was not only in traffic, but in the quality of conversations with new leads.

They mapped relevant subreddits, analyzed recurring questions and objections, and helped us understand where our brand could be more visible without sounding promotional.

Snoika helped us identify the most common topics users discussed before choosing a privacy-focused product, including trust, encryption, usability, pricing, and switching from mainstream providers. We also saw more relevant referral traffic from community sources. The volume was not huge, but the quality was strong because these users were already interested in privacy and secure communication. Their research also helped us improve some messaging and future content ideas.
