I’m the owner of Ritzy Nails. We sell nail products online.

What challenge were you trying to address with snipp?

We needed a new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

snipp developed and designed our website from scratch. Initially, I provided the content, such as instructions on how to use our product. Then, they took pictures of our products and helped find a translator to make the site available in English or Spanish.

They currently do social media marketing for our Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, they’ve taught me how to take good pictures and add graphics to the website.

My husband met Vitaly a few years ago. It came up in the conversation that we needed a website, so we started working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website looks great and is connected to our social media pages. When I post, there’s a link for customers to the site for prices, instructions, and so on. All in all, our business wouldn’t be where it is without their help; they’re amazing.

How did snipp perform from a project management standpoint?

Vitaly is always available and responsive. In addition, he makes videos to show me how to do certain tasks. Overall, they meet deadlines and stay under budget.

We used to meet in person, but now we communicate via phone, Telegram, and video.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We speak to each other in Russian and English, which is quite helpful for me. Vitaly always works to find the most cost-effective solutions, and they never overcharge for anything.

snipp created the website from scratch. I first provided the team with my bio and some general information and left it in their hands. One of the site's key functionalities was the ability to have a high-quality livestream directly on the site.

I found them through an Instagram ad and then contacted them. I asked for their rates and some references, and they were the only ones who met my most significant requirements, so I decided to hire them.

We worked together in June 2021. It took snipp about two weeks to finish and publish the website.

snipp did a great job. My goal for the website was to have good streaming quality, which they truly improved by 1,000%. Overall, I was pleased about the site — it looked great and was professional.

We mainly communicated via Whatsapp. They were always available and provided quick responses.

I don’t think there was room for improvement — their services were just perfect. I’m so happy with their work, and I plan on hiring them for maintenance and updates for my website.

For what projects/services did your company hire snipp?

Before that, we attracted customers with free offline advertising services or used free designers for landing pages. We turned to snipp to develop an easy-to-understand webpage for our company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose snipp in the first place because of their portfolio and I was pleased that the first contact with me, I was told how my site will look like, what we will focus on and how we should position ourselves correctly. I was satisfied with this approach and we started the work.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The first 3 days we contacted each day and I was presented with the meaning blocks of the site, asked about my audience, the goals of the advertising campaigns, what was important to show in my business in the first place. After that, 4 days later they sent me the wireframing and I approved it right away.

A week later, the design layout of the site in Figma program was completely ready, we made 3 edits (in the portfolio section and the section of work stages) and in 5 days my site was completely published.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with two people: at first only with Vitaly, he is the co-founder of the company and also the head of design at snipp. Then Vladimir joined us, who deals more with the layout of the site, and the three of us discussed some things. I really liked the communication, we communicated mainly by mail and I got a very quick response.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started advertising on facebook and immediately started getting a lot of relevant requests for our services. We have a very competitive and difficult niche, but the design, storytelling on our site inspires confidence in clients and we collect applications. I am very happy with the end result

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was done even before the deadline, perhaps because I quickly coordinated everything and there were no delays on my part. In general, the communication was excellent, and everything was clear and understandable, there were no delays. I got an answer by mail almost immediately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked what they offer. I knew from day one that they were professionals. I left requests to 2 other development studios (I just found them on google) and in response I received template letters just describing their work in general, and snipp hooked me with the fact that in the FIRST letter they already seemed to start solving my problem and task. and immediately offered me options for developing my business.
