I am the leader of a window installation company that offers complete window replacement packages.

What challenge were you trying to address with Snille Tips AS?

My website wasn’t appearing very high in Google or generating any leads — I needed help improving it. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Snille Tips took a two-step approach to help improve my website and SEO efforts. First, we had several meetings with Snille Tips at the beginning of our partnership, where we discussed what I needed from their services. After that, they came to me with a concrete solution to improve my website and its content. Their team then designed and developed a new website for my company. Snille Tips sent me pieces of the project through the process to approve — we went back and forth until the website was to my satisfaction. Overall, the website development took about a year.  

After the website was completed, Snille Tips put together a photoshoot to display my services and created several new videos. Those new visuals were added to the website and then posted to my social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with three teammates from Snille Tips, including an SEO teammate, photographer, and web developer. 

How did you come to work with Snille Tips AS?

I found Snille Tips through the same platform I used to find customers. I put out a job notice, and Snille Tips contacted me. I talked to them and got a good feeling about working with them. So, I decided to hire them, partly because they were the less expensive choice. 

How much have you invested with them?

I spent around 165,000 kroner (approximately $18,500 USD) with Snille Tips. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with Snille Tips from November 2020–October 2021. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My company is no longer relying as much on lead generation websites, so we can keep our prices higher since we don’t have to compete with other companies. Our revenue has definitely increased. 

All the content on social media and the website is very professional and makes us look like a larger company. I think that helps customers feel more comfortable reaching out to us. Customers can see the quality of our work on the new website — I’ve gotten a lot more customers since working with Snille Tips. 

How did Snille Tips AS perform from a project management standpoint?

We had regular meetings throughout the project to discuss the project progress. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I first started with Snille Tips, I wasn’t sure what I needed. So, I was really impressed when Snille Tips came in and put together a product that fulfilled exactly what I needed. Their team is also very skilled, and I like that each teammate specializes in a specific skill set. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would’ve liked it if the Snille Tips team had updated me regularly on project progress.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise customers to add on Snille Tips’ additional services at the beginning of the project. I wasn’t able to do that, and I wish I could’ve.

I am the manager at a gravel production company. We blow up mountains using dynamite to create gravel and garden soil. I am responsible for all customer service aspects of the business.

We needed a new website and were also looking for some marketing opportunities. We found that when we put a new product up on the site, we didn’t have a way to get the word out about it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Snille Tips AS developed our website for us. The team built and designed the website. They also provided marketing services and continue to maintain the website.

What is the team composition?

We initially invested 15,000 kroner (approximately $1,700). Our next installment will be between 10,000–20,000 kroner (approximately $1,100–$2,350). We also pay them around $100 per month to maintain the website.

How did you come to work with Snille Tips AS?

My main point of contact was Muhanad (Co-Founder).

How much have you invested with them?

I got in contact with Snille Tips AS through a mutual connection. We liked that they were young and passionate. They really wanted to perform well and had good prices, so we decided to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement began in December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After they helped us with our website, we rank in search results for hundreds of keywords. Our website is a lot more visible now. 

How did Snille Tips AS perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams communicated via phone. We also had one video call where we discussed how we wanted the website to look. I would contact them if I had any details I wanted to include.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s important to do business with people that are honest, and that is the case with Snille Tips AS. I had a good feeling about them from the beginning. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes it was clear they weren’t a large agency. While it worked fine for us, it might be a challenge for them to work with larger clients.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Muhanad is extremely helpful whenever I had questions.
