I'm the owner of a smart home, office, and hotel automation company.

What challenges were you trying to address with SNDK Corp?

We wanted to create our own hardware to integrate it with our mobile application to automate smart products, some for offices, houses, outdoors, indoors, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SNDK Corp has been helping us with product design, hardware design, and mobile app and software development. We initially started with one product, but we’ve kept on adding more, and so far, they have helped us develop 13 products. In terms of tools, they used Android, iOS, Node js, and Angular, among other technologies. 

In terms of features, the products are devices that connect to a system that helps users to turn lights, TVs, and other home appliances on and off. They also have movement sensors, among other features.

What was the team composition?

I work directly with one of SNDK’s business analysts, my main point of contact, but I also talk to someone in the hardware development team.

How did you come to work with SNDK Corp?

We chose SNDK Corp because they gave us a good demo of the products when we reached out to them.

How much have you invested in them?

So far, we’ve spent around $50,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working together in January 2018, and the engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

So far, we’ve experienced very few issues and bugs on SNDK Corp’s work because they do QA and take care of any issue that arises.

How did SNDK Corp perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m happy with SNDK Corp’s work in project management. We use email as our main tool for communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise people to work with them.

I am Head of Network nd Cloud Engineering Team. Working on integration and development of our ERP and other products.

For what projects/services did your company hire SNDK Corp?

Our Company had on prem data center which needed to be shifted to cloud . Our ERP which is legacy custom ERP was most challenging part to move on Cloud SNDK Corp was an excellent choice.

What were your goals for this project?

we wanted to get DR and 99.99% up time of our ERP to our Global Warehouse and Distribution centers. Which was achieved successfully.

They developed our software so it was easy task for us to choose them.

it was migration project from on-prem to amazon AWS cloud.

5 people of certified people.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we expected migration to take at least 2-3 months. But SNDK corp Team implemented in one month. Saving us $ and time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Without this it would not have been possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Speed, Qualify of work, Professionalism. We never felt we were working with remote team. We felt as if they were working out of NJ
