Forward Move is responsible for the research, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of a national threat intelligence and critical response ecosystem. SMT Labs manages their engineers to code and test all of our software. The core mission is to provide real-time, actionable communication that connects individuals, organizations, and first responders before, during, and after high-risk or emergency events.

Core Areas of Work
1. Software Research & Development
Design, architect, and maintain the YOU Get It First platform as a scalable, cloud-based communication system.
Develop and enhance Guardian Link, the flagship mobile and web application for real-time threat reporting and urgent communication.
Build and refine APIs for integration with:

911 centers and law enforcement systems.
LMS (Learning Management Systems) for certification and training.
Background check services like Accio Data and TruDiligence.

They are always proactive, digging into issues, and working hard to deliver on time. While no team is perfect, I’ve found it genuinely difficult to identify any meaningful areas for improvement. Their dedication, responsiveness, and follow-through set them apart.

In short, they do a fabulous job, and I trust them deeply with complex, high-stakes development work.
