We started with a test version, which was quite weak and not very user-friendly. So smartters proposed the internal design of a new interface. After a few weeks, we implemented a new interface and new functionality. There was the design, the verification, the launch, the bugs to fix, and the learning from our mistakes. But this is partly due to the language barrier, which did not facilitate our communication.

Currently the new version is not yet available, but once the bugs are fixed and the new version is online, I think their expertise will demonstrate itself.

The items were delivered on time, but publishing them on the store was complicated.

They were able to listen and provide support when necessary. Unfortunately, there were some misunderstandings and wasted time, but we were able to make up for it by making gestures and reaching out to each other. They listen and want to see their partner succeed in their project.

The responsiveness of each person. Every developer, designer, and others was extremely responsive: "I need A," "OK, @A you'll take care of it." The team is there for any questions or answers you need, which is great.

Perhaps a little more in-depth listening, so as not to come back to the same subject several times. Sometimes we address multiple problems to correct and some fall under the trapdoor, I think we must take the time to note each request even if some seem useless at the moment T

We had 3 parallel ongoing projects and needed an extra pair of hands to develop a Dock and Yard Management system integrated on our IoT platform to deliver yard management and visibility to a gigantic food company.

The software specification was built prior to their contract so the scope was just development, testing and deployment. They selected the best technologies according to their team for the job: ReactJS - Frontend, NodeJS - Backend, Android - Mobile.

We did not have contact with the whole team, our focal point was Guru  -Project Manager and fullstack developer. There was also a frontend developer and a mobile developer in our meetings

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There was a 12% delay in our project but mostly by our side, changes lately asked by the final customer, etc.

They had very clear communication, even with timezone differences. They were always ready to help in WhatsApp and we didn't have any managing problem.

They sometimes worked overtime to meet the schedule and deliveries, thats not easy to find.

A bit more documentation and code commenting would be great, in our case we have the source code and sometimes its difficult to follow because it lacks comments and/or test units
