Richard Gedeon, our account manager, has been great to work with. He’s responsive, organized, and always quick to address our questions or needs. Deliverables are handled on time, and he does a great job keeping us updated and making sure things keep moving.

What stands out most is how hands-on and responsive their team is. They feel more like an extension of our team than an outside agency, and they’re always looking for ways to improve our campaigns rather than just letting them run.

Overall, we’ve been very happy with SmartSites and don’t have any major areas for improvement. If anything, continuing to bring proactive ideas and new opportunities to improve our PPC performance would be valuable.

Lack of any guaruntee for results.  Its been a short time since starting with SmartSites but signing up with them was easy. What sold me on starting with SmartSites was Ben. Ben had experience near my area of service and has proven to be a expert in google ads, continues to try new things, great communication and I feel I have a great ads partner in going for the top.

What I appreciate most about working with David and SmartSite is their communication. David and I meet weekly, and his team jumps right on the issues that require fixes. This builds trust. I know that when I see an issue, I can trust that it will be addressed quickly.

I would like to see SmartSites consider using a platform like Monday.com to provide dashboards and task progress visibility for their customers. Yes, we can use Google sheets and other tools, but we need a One-Stop Shop for universal visibility into everything that's going on.
