We did a lot of research and online and SmartSites seemed to be a great fit after the initial consultation. Everyone there is extremely personable and stays in constant communication.

After the consultation the team immediately went to work. They fixed several of our old campaigns and took a more modern approach to things. Rich use a strategy that would learn based off of information the campaigns received from google and it has made a huge difference. Overall the strategy seems to be far superior than those used by other companies.

Two, both named Rich, one being from the sales/customer connection side and Rich who runs our campaigns and manages the day-to-day. Both are incredible and do a fantastic job.

We were been achieving enough leads from our websites. We asked SmartSites to fix it. I was responsible for that on our side. SmartSite redesigned the site, made the UX better, and worked on SEO.

A small team from the vendor side and 2 persons from outs.
